Had to use both sets of pillow for decent head support. Room booked for 2 people, only one set of towels provided had to go to reception to get extras, which they had to go find but at that time the couldn't go, so I had to join family after long journey without a shower!! Heating system was noisy over night and the quilt was so heavy it caused my foot to cramp.

Comfortable bed, well thought out accessible shower / wet room. Room to move around the room with a wheelchair. Wardrobe rail at a level to allow a person in a wheel chair to put clothes on the rail BUT only if less than 2 foot long! Dresses or suits would be crumpled. Free parking. 4/5 But 1) Room temperature and Air Conditioning 2) Housekeeping 3) Breakfast at adjacent Brewers Fayre Advertised as having air conditioning however controls only allowed temperature down to 19 degrees C and only remained on briefly (I suspect as reached set temp). Windows sealed completely so unable to open and get fresh air from outside (which was so much pleasantly cooler during our 2 night stay on the 12th and 13th September 2024). If a fire were to start in the room and block egress from the room door - where is the fire escape? We resorted to wedging our door open into the corridor to allow some cooler air in whilst awake in the room. The shower was used twice and despite the bathroom door being kept closed, the room became unbearably hot for our 2 night stay. The second day we requested a fan and room service and informed reception as the door hanger notice for housekeeping suggests. We did not request a change of bed linen but asked for fresh towels, replacement coffee/tea and mugs/glasses etc plus the rubbish emptying. We returned around 5 p.m after a funeral to find the door hanger still on the outside of the room door. The bedroom bin had been emptied although some rubbish had been left on the carpet. 3 new towels were left on the unmade bed. The bathroom had not been touched. The rubbish bin still full and used towels still left in shower area. No fan. The manager, Lorraine, was brilliant! On duty at reception at this time and she went out of her way to sort out these issues. Personally emptying the rubbish and replacing the bin liners. She brought us fresh mugs etc and found a fan for use on the 2nd night which at least allowed us to get some sleep. We had booked breakfast ('full English') in advance at the Brewers Fayre opposite the Premier Inn. It is served between 06.30 and 10.30hrs. We arrived just after 10.00 hrs. The coffeee machine was broken so instant coffee sachets provided. The breakfast bar was half empty. We were told 'this is it and what is left'. (I wasn't the only customer either). I made a fuss and fresh of the above was prepared - we got a refund for the 2nd day.

Fantastic service throughout, staff really welcoming, very clean and the accessible room really had been done with consideration and care . Raakesh went above and beyond the normal level of service I would expect to ensure I would be comfortable and the whole experience was surprisingly good.

I come here regularly and I am always greeted nicely and welcomed by a lovely receptionist called Safynna. She is very helpful and makes my stay more welcoming. The rooms are always clean and always exceed expectations and staff always willing to help

I have never stayed before and come to stay for a few days for work. The woman at reception Safynna was helpful in finding my booking and didn't mind helping me she was fantastic and had good customer service qualities made my problem in checking in much better. I found her customer service above average. Excellent. The hotel room was clean in itself and it was quite a nice stay. I would recommend everyone staying here. Welcoming service and clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel itself is great but the food at the Brewers Fayre definitely let everything down. We were a group of 5 and the evening meal was very basic. Chicken was a little bit pink, pizza had to go back as it was incorrect - and then the breakfast was cold. Nothing worse than food that looks great, you put it on your plate and the fried eggs (which had just come out of the kitchen) were stone cold. Super disappointing and the breakfasts certainly aren't cheap. On each key card for the room is the word 'eggs' how do you like yours kind of message - my experience was COLD!!!

We had a mini break in the area, premier inn didn’t fail to act as a good base - quiet area and close to where we were visiting - would avoid the brewers Fayre and get breakfast elsewhere - otherwise no complaints

My daughter and I wanted to stay in a hotel near to the M1 so we could get to and from Milton Keynes Bowl for a concert. This hotel is nicely out of the way in a residential area but just off the A421. With a couple of pubs near to it for food if you wanted (we didn't but popped in one for a drink). The service at reception was excellent and our early check in request was accommodated as we needed to be at the Bowl for 1pm.
