"This homestay is a large apartment, our bedroom is not small, with a balcony. The location is in the center of the city, it is more convenient to go to all the attractions, and it can be reached on foot. The host is extremely enthusiastic, providing maps, detailed introductions, recommending restaurants, very talkative. The overall price is quite high and it is recommended."

Amazing
TTheTravellingEyeGreat little family run B&B. Super friendly people and the most amazing breakfast spread I have seen with so many home made things. The rooms were clean and comfortable too- would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserVery beautiful place and super clean. Check in was hassle free and Stephano and his kindly mum are the greatest hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Stephano is most helpful and the much raved about breakfast lives up to its name. Thank you Stephano for helping us so much with the item we left behind, so blessed!
LLaohutuituiThis is relatively small, and the Chinese live less, come and evaluate it.
I have been traveling with my mother in Italy for 10 days. Because my mother slept and snored, she was already mentally weak. Thanks to this hotel for saving my dog's life. The design of one bedroom and one living room can be expanded in the living room to achieve one person and one room.
A bit like a domestic designer hotel, but the materials are better, the furniture is Italian expensive brand, but also comes with a sauna, quite advanced.
The location is very good, 8 minutes walk from the train station. It is also close to Otiga Island and 15 minutes walk.
The boss is very good, Siracusa is a place with a very simple folk customs, the boss said that the neighbors are known, and they are quite safe.
The hotel also has a seafood restaurant next door, oysters and seafood rice are delicious, but it is said to be a little more expensive than other seafood restaurants on Otiga Island.
AAnonymous UserIn the relatively central location of Otigu Island, the service is very good and very warm. I feel that the hotels here are equivalent to a homestay, but the price is not cheap.

Very Good
SserenalimxlBeautiful views from room & roof terrace where breakfast is served daily. Loved the bruschetta & cappucino. Hospitable and responsive staff (even via WhatsApp when they aren’t around). About 25 mins leisurely walk from Siracusa train station. Oritigia is a clean and safe island, highly walkable.
SshittalkerExcellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean, with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air.
What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed.
Here’s an updated version of your review that includes the negative aspects while maintaining a balanced and professional tone:

**Great Location & Beautiful Room, but Noise Can Be an Issue**
I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**.
The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience.
However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.
SSimon1957Excellent room, but difficult to find (try using What three words?)
Longish flight of outdoor stairs up to front door, and no lift.
Well placed for breakfast café (literally directly below our room).
ZZhilVery cozy hotel. Location - 10-15 minutes walk to all the sights. Cafes, shops, souvenirs - everything is nearby. There is a shared kitchen inside, very clean and has everything you need. Snacks and tea and coffee are free. The room is a little noisy from the road, but it did not bother us. Great stay!
