No hot water in room - need to go down each time. I have a wc problem at 3am, no one could help me other then they sent a plunger to my room and told me to fix it myself or wait in the morning- it can be a disaster if an emergency happens! Personally I would pick another hotel when I go back to Oregon.

Room was spacious. Large tv with Netflix made the stay comfortable. Got a free upgrade to 2 queen bed, thanks to the front desk!

Very satisfied. The four of us were very tired from the trip, but our stay was very comfortable and our energy was restored. The room was large and clean, with complete facilities and good sanitation. The environment was very comfortable. The service and attitude of the hotel staff were also great. It's very satisfying. This time I was on a business trip for a meeting. I couldn't get a better and more complete experience of the hotel's services. I'd like to try it again next time I can travel!

Very good, continuous stay

The hotel facilities are very good. The room facilities given to us are suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bathroom is large, the location is good, parking is convenient, and there are coffee machines, microwaves and other facilities.

Due to changes in itinerary, we informed in advance on 10/17 that we would check out on 10/18 and requested a refund on 10/22. I don't know what went wrong, so I kept pretending to be deaf and dumb. The hotel didn't reply and the refund was delayed. A duplicate charge occurred for another room. Full prepayment is required when booking, and USD700 will be charged to your credit card upon arrival. We coordinated and said that it would be refunded within 36 days. Now we have to wait until the 36 days are up before making any plans. Another invoice for dinner in the hotel was not received after many days of coordination. All in all a very bad experience.
