The front desk was always pleasant and very friendly. Their breakfast was hot; however, it was hard to get any food because of children running back and forth. A good idea would have a sign up to have children under age 12 to be accompanied by adults. Other than that we would stay here again.

Long story short… my visit to this hotel was changed, and I was unfortunate not to be able to stay and needed some help with my reservations. Thank you Johnny Brown for your Amazing Customer Service. I’m loyal to Hilton brand hotels, but their service has went down since the pandemic. The only time you see housekeeping is when it’s time to checkout. They want to make sure you are out of your room by checkout time. I’m very impressed with this Marriott. My wife is a late sleeper, so we don’t usually leave our room until after 1:00 p.m. Housekeeping still cleaned our room every day. You no longer get that with Hilton. We came back from Kroger with some groceries, and we were resting in the lobby with our packages. As we were getting up, this lady approached us in what looked like a manager’s vest. She actually asked us if we needed any help carrying our packages to our room. How great is that! That’s an example of the impeccable service you receive at this hotel.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything. Now that can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for. It was a little louder location than I normally prefer but the hotel front desk staff was very friendly, the room was nice, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was convenient. Also, it is right on the beach.
