房間是新裝修的，新到什麼程度呢？就是對面的房間還在粉刷，味道比較大。我們房間的門卡總打不開門，重製了4回。房間裏的wifi名字和房間號對不上，才知道因為是重新裝修房間號也變了。
服務比較極端，我的理解是管理，制度和流程問題。比如:温泉8點半開門，但是進去發現所有的池子裏的水裡麪的“調料”都沒加，水温滾燙。我的理解確實是，新換的水，而且是温泉水，所以又燙又清。小童戲水池水也很少，所以噴泉也沒法打開。所以能看到加各種調料包的過程。但是服務非常好，大姐大哥也非常熱心，比如泳帽沒拿下來的時候，大哥會把自己泳帽給孩子先用。大姐會問，小朋友臉這是怎麼了？看小童池的小夥子會把孩子抱進去等等。但這是個人的可愛，前面的問題是酒店管理的問題。
再説酒店房間的管理，比如前面説的wifi名稱不對應，房間網絡電視的連結不好。這個是開業前應該理順的問題。我們請工作人員來弄電視，大姐弄不好就找“專業人”來弄，沒弄成不説，上來就在榻榻米上穿鞋就踩。這個我不能接受。是他不懂禮貌嗎？不，這顯然不是他應該服務的範圍內。所以就是管理和流程的問題。

這次點評比較糾結！這個酒店是每年冬季温泉首選的温泉酒店 房間的衞生間有智能馬桶 室內外温泉 汗蒸都可以但是我每次我都提出淋浴水壓不足的問題始終沒有解決！這次元宵節入住發現房間衞生第一次出現問題 本來想給差評的但是和前台溝通後告知馬上要裝修了也就理解吧😂希望裝修後水壓能提高！好評給浴區和前台服務員的。房間和早餐的都要提高

客房衞生吧，細節真的需要抓抓。客房不小，服務也都還可，温泉場地不小，早上九點多開始泡温泉，人不多。難得春節找了個不擁擠，可以悠閑的地方。（✷‿✷）早餐很贊，品種很多。一積分換了水果果盤，退房時間還送孩子一個娃娃，真是會寵孩子的~京牌車不少。山東回來沿途歇個腳，泡個温泉，簡直不要太好~有機會還要再去！
