City's Hill Hotel

I loved the hotel! It is a bit far (20 min walk) from the centre of the town but I didn't it. I was working remotely and could sit by the pool all day and work undisturbed. The food options were great and the staff is very hospitable and welcoming. Loved my stay! Highly recommend.

I was so worried before I came, seeing some of the reviews, I can honestly say, please ignore them, I understand some people want the world for pennies, but this hotel is a real gem!! We have stayed in the most amazing and beautiful hotels all over the world, I’m not saying this is a sandals resort by a long shot, but be sure to get a sea view room with large balcony and the views are probably in my top 3 of any hotel we have ever stayed at! The food it Tasty and plentiful, but very Turkish (I mean we are in Turkey right? Lol) so if you are fussy, you will struggle a little, I’ve pretty much had cheese omelette and bread and jam since I’ve been here, but always found something to eat at every meal time. Drinks are not wasted down and we have managed to get very tipsy a few days! Haha! The beds are super comfy and I’ve slept better here than I have at home for months, I think we clearly need a new mattress! lol 😂 The animation ‘team’ is just one guy that we saw, he really try’s he’s very best and is super friendly to everyone! So big shout out to Butol! I hope I’ve said his name right! The shop is very reasonable and the guys are also lovely in there! The reception staff are AMAZING and nothing is too much for them, from changing our room to printing out a poster for a friends birthday, nothing was too much trouble! You’re all amazing! I never really write reviews but I really did feel that these guys deserved it! We leave today and I’m actually really sad to be leaving, I will certainly miss this stunning view to wake up to every day! Thank you for a great time, se you again! Love, Amanda and Alfie Freed

The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Kusadasi. We landed late last Saturday night and checked in and offered food straight away. Foood was fabulous breakfast lunch and tea. Staff cannot do enough for everybody. Fresh food for breakfast lots of choice and fresh bread, omelettes pancakes and fried eggs cooked outside fresh. Hakan the manager cooked breakfast for us even after 10am, this hotel is blessed to have Hakan. From working on the bar and restaurant he done everythibg for us. Mustafa on the bar makes the best cocktails although alll the staff on the bar are very good. Lunch was always fresh and snack bar had something different everyday. There was fresh food filled up throughout breakfast lunch and dinner. Animation staff were very friendly offered nights out and entertainment during the day. The rooms were clean and spacious, house keeping staff are forever cleaning the hotel and pool area is absolutely spotless. I had a tiish bath and massage it was nice. I’ve been in kusadasi many times but this hotel topped them all. Reading reviews we were very skeptical but do not believe everything you read. Hotel is a bit out of town but was 5€ in a taxi and was a nice walk down to the marina. Hakan deserves the world he works very very hard and always had a smile on his face! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a beautiful smile from the young lady on reception. The check in process was painless and prompt. The room I received was fantastic. Clean and modern with two beds to choose from! Oh and what a view of the city below stunning. The food personally for me was impressive. Fresh Turkish food at its best, If you want your dirty fry up for breakfast each morning and along with your chicken nuggets this hotel is not for you I'm afraid. The beer isn't Efes. It's served from an Efes pump into a beautiful Efes glass. Sadly it's Tuborg. Otherwise it's a nice 3 star hotel a little out of town which caters for many nationality's. The staff are polite and attentive. My only gripe is the constant Autotune Eurotrash music on a loop from 10am until 11pm. It's the same set list every day 🥱 Top tip, bring a decent pair of earplugs. The doors are slammed loudly and you hear new arrivals on their speaker phones in the early hours.

Just home from a fabulous week at this hotel and we loved it.The restaurant and bar staff are fantastic always friendly and attentive at all times. Food was good quality and tasty. Rooms are small but clean. On site shop is good value for money and he has lots of bits for last minute shopping and friendly service. Their is very little entertainment although they are very nice it's just music playing and not much interaction otherwise. The hotel is not far from the centre although I don't suggest walking the buses are regular and cheap 😉. Views are fantastic from the hotel but it gets quite windy are you're quite high up

Great location, excellent views. Booked a room with balcony and view and got a great room. The staff at the restaurant and bar are exceptionnel. Great food and attention to detail by staff is the reason I recommend this hotel. The only downside is the spa manager, who is a crook to say the least. You will see him creeping on guest by the pool side and offering different prices for the same treatments. He will approach single females in a creepy way and his wife would watch! I would advice everyone to not pay more then €50 for everything because that's what most get or better yet visit local Turkish baths and definitely wait for your holiday rep before dealing directly with the spa.

Hotel is in a beautiful location overseeing the gulf of Kusadasi! The staff are soo welcoming and friendly they bring good vibes and entertainment! Osman and Seckin especially made our stay very memorable and fun! One of the best hotels you can stay in!

I had amazing stay at he the city hill hotel really recommend this to everyone, the osman and seckin from entertainment team are doing amazing job, there is really good view from the hotel. Very good hotel personel is good food is good no complaints :)
