Very satisfied! The facilities are complete, and it's super close to the scenic spots, making getting around really convenient.

Terrible experience. The housekeeping staff arbitrarily opened my luggage and discarded my food and slippers. After complaining to the front desk and security, I was met with constant perfunctory responses and delays, and ultimately, no actual resolution. My card payment went through an online payment channel, which carries some risk. The front desk phone was always unreachable, and even the toothbrush cups were tiny disposable paper cups. Overall, the service and management were completely disappointing.

The location is convenient. We could easily take a boat to the two nearby parks.

The hotel and the pictures are completely different. The service was terrible, the room was small, and it's not even that close to Disneyland.

The booking page was a bit confusing. I originally wanted to book the Swan Hotel, but the pictures weren't clearly distinguished, so I accidentally booked the Reserve across the street. It's only a few minutes' walk, so it's not a big deal. The Reserve is closer to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can take a boat or bus to both parks, with the boat being more convenient (you'll need to catch it at the Swan Hotel). It's a bit further to the other two parks, requiring a bus, but it's still very convenient. The rooms and facilities are good, but there's nothing much outside, which is a bit inconvenient. For shopping, you can use Uber Eats. It would be great if the hotel offered breakfast options; it's hard to find food in the morning when you're trying to make early entry into the parks.

I had originally planned to book for three nights, but somehow I only booked for two, so I had to add an extra night at the next hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent and quiet, and the staff are very friendly and patient. The hygiene and environment are also top-notch. Our suite was 55 square meters and very spacious. There's a convenient ferry service right at the hotel to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot, plus we got to enjoy the benefit of early entry, an hour before opening. All in all, staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort was definitely worth it.

The room was clean and tidy, nothing spectacular but perfectly fine. Transportation was fairly convenient, but you still had to go to the Swan & Dolphin to catch a water taxi. The shuttle bus back to the hotel from Magic Kingdom at night was slow.

loved the location. the staff was amazing. the food choices were perfect, something for everyone. I will book again. Great location for disney. all parks! not far from airport uber was about $30 one way. outlet shopping close by 10 mins maybe.
