Amazing hotel, people are very nice! I recommend

Room service after 11 was non existent . I tried ordering food multiple times - the phone didn’t work and the app didn’t work. It’s 35 minutes from the airport (make sure to book a car beforehand because uber drivers can be sketchy - mine canceled on me in the car then tried to rip me off after). Otherwise , it’s a beautiful beach, the gym is adequate the food is good and bring a book and enjoy the beach life . Definitely pay for the platinum on the app because at the hotel it’s 45 dollars a day to upgrade per person.

Very nice all inclusive resort, property is well cared for, good selection and quality of restaurants.

It is a great resort, the food is fantastic, and the beach and pool are breathtaking!!! Franklin was excellent; he showed us all the different promotions that the resort offered! We will be back, Grand Bavaro Princess!!!

Overall the hotel was exceptional. Friendly staff, the restaurants designs are breathtaking, the rooms are cozy and the food is good. The only problem I had is there were mosquitoes in the rooms. All pictures of the hotel are just as in the pictures and more beautiful In person.

The hotel is big and super nice The beach was not top I understood that the period was not the best one. In term of foods super nice especially the idea of having dinner à la carte. That changes front thé buffet The animation team is cool and you can not get bored Highly recommend for couples or family

I really liked this hotel. All of the staff was nice, food was decent, and the entertainment was awesome. Learn some Spanish and Stay on the property when visiting the DR this is a poor country and a lot of parts look unsafe. The only complaint is the couch in the villa smelled horrible. Like previous people had went and played in the ocean and came and sat on the couch, however, I did not let management know so I can’t really complain also had trouble getting the tub to work.

Pleasant stay. Very nice room and very huge resort. Buffet and all-inclusive formula with a multitude of choices.
