Fantastic all-inclusive hotel with an unbeatable view! There are so many different pools to choose from, and the rooms are really spacious. The mini-fridge is a nice free perk. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Plus, there are several complimentary restaurants, and the buffet is incredibly rich and varied.

This place could have been better since it has amazing beach and the food is quite decent. However all the receptionists were quite cold and rude and they did not respond at all to our requests.

I booked an ocean view room at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, but the rooms I received had a pool view with no visible ocean, despite what was advertised. I even provided photo evidence showing the actual view from my room. When I raised the issue, the hotel staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Even after escalating the matter through my booking agent, the hotel refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation or offer any refund or real resolution. The resort itself is beautiful, but the service and handling of legitimate guest concerns were extremely disappointing. I expected honesty and basic accountability from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short. Would not recommend if you're expecting to get exactly what you book and pay for.
