The hotel is located next to a shopping center. There is a boulevard opposite the hotel, the sea 🌊 is across the road. In general the hotel is not bad.

The room was really dirty and smelled horrible. The personel were rude and the food were limited. The bathroom and the towel was awfull and even had hair in them. I give no star to this hotel at all. Dont waste your money. And there was no place for the kids to play.

I vote no Money for value not worth it, Service is poor and unfriendly, people like that shouldn't be in the tourism business. Part of our family rooms were not clean and the walls were dirty. Food is very bad and we will eat out side tomorrow. I will never come back

We stayed in sector A of this hotel. Room 319. When booking we asked for separate beds, but we were offered a double bed and a cot with an uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom cubicle leaks water, it is not airtight. Ventilation does not work. Mould on the walls by the toilet door. Wet walls in the hallway, leaks from upstairs. Condensation from the air conditioner is pouring behind the plasterboard wall. We contacted the administrator, he promised to help, but for 4 days no result. The TV had no remote control when we moved in. The technician came and adjusted it, connected the tuner. Show ONLY channels in Turkish and a few in English (Turkey). Terribly dissatisfied. One thing we can emphasise is the wonderful breakfast.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Breakfast and dinner were terrible, all breakfast food was rewarmed from dinner. All food had either no tags or wrongs tags. Really low quality ingredients. The hotel was super crowded with a lot of noise from construction all day long. Basic services like an iron was chargeable and never arrived after an hour of wait. Some rooms didn’t even have towels. Reception staff was rude and not attentive. All to all I had a very poor experience, I think even 3 stars is too much for this hotel, have no idea how they got 5.

Claiming to be a 5 star hotel, delivering 3 star services, food is not even basic, no private beach, not close to the city center, no attractions at walking distance, Most of the staff doesn't speek English. The only pro is the size of the rooms and the sea view.

It’s dirty hotel, no clean room, we call reception and it’s not help The hotel is old , Hotel not recommended The work team does not take into account the complaint and is particularly nervous If you are thinking of visiting Tommy then choose another hotel

Even from a 3 star hotel I don’t expect such bad service. In the Spa you need to bring your towels from your room but to get them to bring you more towels it takes hours and multiple calls to the receptionist. On New Years they didn’t clean the rooms or change towels but didn’t bother informing us in advance. The breakfast is a bit sad with roughly cut and unappetizing vegetables.
