This hotel is centrally located, offering cleanliness and a delightful breakfast. A notable feature is the restaurant on the 15th floor, which provides reasonably priced meals. However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

The staff was very helpful, Mr. Koray was very interested in the restaurant section and it was clean, in a very nice location.

The hotel is very old, there is a ** downstairs, the network in the room is not good, it is very close to the beach, a few minutes walk, the location is excellent, there are street singers singing downstairs at 12 o'clock, which affects the sleep.

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

The hotel is located in the old town. The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee... The SPA and pool are terrible (I took the hotel only because of the SPA) VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The pool is small and the water is cold, stuffy and unpleasant!!! When we checked in, there were no towels, and when we asked they said only an hour later🤔 There were three of us and they brought everything for two!!! (towels, water, shampoo, slippers, etc.) In general, the impression was not pleasant, for that kind of money you could have rented something more decent... I will never recommend it to my friends!!!

It's very clean and the view is beautiful. Just hang a "do not disturb" sign in the room, otherwise they will barge in 😂

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, very nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Location of the hotel is also very good. Nice walk to the beach with markets all around the street. There were not many vegetarian options for breakfast, but the chef specially made some things for us. Nice and warm staff. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, bang on the main square.It is not on the promenade , where you'll find quite a few big chains hotels,but it's a 10 minutes walking to the sea.Rooms are big and comfortable, try to get a room facing the sea .Breakfast is good with lots of options.For its location in Batumi and the quality of rooms, it is good value for money.

Dear Team, We are coming from Turkey. I have reservation your hotel 16 September - 18 september. Im working in Turkey Ramada Plaza by Wyndham(5 stars) from Reception. We want including breakfast from this reservation. Some wyndham hotels not give breakfast free for Go free reservation. The hotel I work at provides free breakfast for go free reservations. Maybe you can make such a beauty for us. Thank you for everything. See you soon.

Good things- the hotel location is perfect. The majority of the staff Were very helpful and nice, except one receptionist who told us there is nothing we can do about the air conditioning not working properly but the rest were lovely (specially koray from the breakfast- awesome Turkish guy). The rooms were specious and nice, breakfast was great. Not so good- pool is lame, very small without even a normal place to sit. Also the Jacuzzi is awful. Smokers always at the entrance of the hotel. No actual sitting area at the lobby. In general value for money- 7

This review is for the Victoria Spa in the hotel, in particular Marika. I had a massage and facial with her and I can't remember a better experience. She checked to make sure the pressure was what I was looking for and the facial was the best I can remember. I recommend her highly. 5 stars for her!!! The spa front desk was also very nice and helpful.
