Beautiful lobby and outdoor seating area and very helpful English speaking staff. The hotel is well maintained but the room was very dated. No in room coffee. Air conditioning was weak (but if you closed the windows and cranked it, it did the job) and the bed was narrow and a bit hard. The pictures make it look more comfy than it is. It's pretty spartan. Bathroom was cramped. WIFI worked very well. The restaurant downstairs is outstanding. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special.

A very nice hotel, seems to cater more to business travellers rather than tourists. Room was spacious and well appointed, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is mostly business so not “touristy” but was Ok for an overnight stop.

We were allocated this hotel by our insurance company whilst awaiting a medical evacuation following a hospital stay after suffering a stroke. We were traumatised and felt vulnerable, and we were made so welcome. All of the staff did their very best to make us comfortable, from the manager to the cleaning team. We stayed in the room as I was semi paralysed, and the cleaners showed far more care to me than I had experienced from the majority of the hospital staff. They rearranged furniture, changed the bed around me, and really showed, it doesn’t seem too much to say, love. The catering staff bought beautiful food to our room, and even sliced my food beautifully, so that I could eat one handed, independently. It seemed so wonderful to us to be together, having been separated during the weeks I spent in hospital, to eat delicious food after two weeks of not eating very much at all, to be able to keep clean. It was a much needed period of rest before the long journey home and what is turning out to be a very long convalescence. It will forever remain to us a very special time in our memories after a horrendous nightmare, and we will be forever grateful to everyone who looked after us.

Abbiamo trascorso un'unica notte qui ma è stato abbastanza per constatare il buonissimo livello della struttura. Camera pulita, confortevole, perfettamente climatizzata ed hotel strategicamente comodo per raggiungere la stazione o le limitrofe attrazioni turistiche. Molto apprezzate le rifiniture luxury dell'impianto di illuminazione, modernissimo. Uniche piccole pecche, l'affaccio delle camere con vista sul palazzo accanto, vicinissimo, ed alcuni rumori dell'impianto idraulico la notte (la doccia che scola, ore dopo l'utilizzo, e qualche sbalzo di pressione nelle condutture), nulla di insostenibile ma abbastanza da svegliarci. Colazione varia, dolce e salata, abbondante quando basta perché chiunque possa trovare qualcosa di suo gusto.
