Arrived late and left early when we used this hotel as a short stopover on our road trip. The hotel is a typical HIExpress, so you kind of know what you get. We had an issue with the cleaning, but it was properly handled and we settled everything there and then. Thing happen but the way it's being handled is important and the hotel delivered there.

Incredible service and knowledgeable staff--they knew the best places to go for dinner and breakfast locally. Our goals was to get to know the town a bit.

This is one of the quietest places we have stayed in years. The facility is very clean without an annoying scent. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner worked properly and quietly. While breakfast is my least favorite meal, my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. We were pulling our travel trailer in for repairs and were concerned about the parking. There is a service road by which you access the hotel and parking was available there as well in the lot our first night. The only caution I have about hotel's location is the entrance from Greenville Blvd; it is practically hidden. We learned to go through the shopping center to access the service road.
