We have a good day stay in here, they give us aromatherapy, the breakfast its good, staff is nice, room services is quick, everything is perfect. The location its only 5 minutes to reach big mall. Breakfast is 5 star for me, so many Indonesian food❤️.

Very close proximity to Batam Centre. Good services from staff. Never expected the buffet breakfast came with a dance entertainment from Hotel staff. Will definitely come again with my children.

Location is a plus point. Near Batam Center ferry terminal n a shopping mall. Staff super friendly, when we reached the hotel, was raining heavily. But our coach can’t enter the carpark. So the hotel staff came out to the road side n shelter us with umbrella n help us with the luggage.

Booked a room with seaview but it's partially blocked by a building and it's not a seaview....
Overall service of receptionist we're friendly but the room is outmoded..
