Hotel Beverly Inn Batam Centre

Very basic hotel if you are looking to just sleep and just spend your day outside. No lift so have to consider when bring huge heavy luggages. But you are getting what you paid for.

I don’t suggest this place for someone who want cleanliness as their top priority. I don’t like the wall. The comforters are patchy even though it’s newly changed. Even the towel is patchy. The plug doesn’t work, so we asked for a change of room, the second room still doesn’t have working plug. There’s no elevator but the staff is nice enough to help us with the luggages. The staff are nice even though some of them couldn’t speak English. There’s one soap for all. Luckily, we brought our own amenities. Overall, service by the staff is ok, but the hotel itself needs improvement. New sheet, new plug, new towel.he
