Very close to the train station, which is super convenient. The room itself was quite small, and you had to switch elevators multiple times to get to it, which was a bit of a hassle. Everything else was just okay.

Nothing to complain about. The biggest plus is the great location right at the train station entrance. The interior is pretty standard.

This was a great hotel well located near the station with a good room and quiet. The hotel and staff were both great and we had a pretty average but fine dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was fairly standard fare but it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Basel is a lovely place to visit

Hotel staff gave a free upgrade. Best part is the location right outside the train station, and next to connecting trams. Convenience is above and beyond. Decently clean which made it a pleasant stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station and a public transport hub, making it very convenient to get anywhere. They also provide free transport passes, and bus route 50, which stops right outside, goes directly to the airport for free. The hotel also offers complimentary disposable slippers.

The hotel is right across from the station, making transportation very convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious! The shower gel and shampoo were the best I've used in hotels of this class.

The hotel is right outside the train station, and there's a Coop supermarket downstairs. It has air conditioning. The only thing to be aware of is that you can feel the vibrations from the trains around you, but it doesn't disturb our sleep.
