Facility needs an international staff. Noone spoke English and my Português is not so good. If I had not had a Brazilian friend with me to help with check in, communication would have been nearly impossible.

Location and check in is great. But, internet not support IPTV, no TV channel is not accepted,pressure water at hygienic shower toilet is terrible.

Must be review before rental. Leave the WIFI access in the room and lights…the high stand light was not working, Kitchen OK but poor casseroles .other than that it was OK.

The room could have offered more amenities, the other time I stayed, it had a capsule coffee maker which is much more practical, in the room the coffee maker was not an old model, with a percolator, that's bad. The induction cooker didn't work either.

O Local é excelente, bem limpo, confortável , possui utensilios, poderia ter tbm uma maquina dolce gusto de café, como em outras unidades Charlie, nao consegui usar a televisao, o controle da net claro nao estava funcionando e so era possivel conectar a net pelo controle, pedi para verem no dia seguinte, pois, eu ficaria 2 noites, porém o tecnico so apareceu 36 horas depois, na hora do check-out.

Vou a Barueri praticamente todos os meses e me hospedo nesse flat.
A localização é ótima assim como as instalações, mas já a algum tempo não consigo assistir a televisão. Ela simplesmente não sintoniza nenhum canal.
Outro senão é o cofre que está sempre trancado. Uma vez reclamei diretamente e me falaram que estavam trocando, mas já tem muito tempo isso e continua assim.
