Ibis Budget Barranquilla

First room they gave me had a weak air conditioner and was dripping water which is a sign it needed maintenance. The hotel technician came to see it and his response was we need to wait 30 to 45 mins for the small room to feel cool. That's ridiculous. I went downstairs and requested another room.

Clean room, friendly and attentive staff, close to many restaurants, good location

Clean and cold room, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Will certainly come back to Ibis again.

The staff is more concerned with talking amongst themselves. The reception area is full of litter. It’s disgusting.

It's an ugly, uncomfortable, terrible hotel. Despite paying for four nights, I didn't stay any of them because the room was miserable. The photos on ******* tell a different story. The day I checked in, I immediately left and found another hotel. A nightmare.

I love the value it's a great property with lots of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The only problem is I had trouble checking in but other than that everything was great.
