We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent  Rooms had an amazing view with a hot tub/jacuzzi in each room by the window overlooking the view of the mountains/lake. Bed was very comfortable. Internet could be a little slow at times. Food was excellent, breakfast was very good. A very relaxing stay with rooms with a view to die for. We had rooms in the 3rd block the higher up you go the better the view. 05 rooms have a jacuzzi in the bay window of the room overlooking the lake. Would most certainly come back.   .

When I went to make a reservation at the Llao Llao, I could have easly chosen a more expensive room in the newer Moreno wing. But the hotel website made it look as if the older Bustillo rooms had the same nice lake view as the Moreno rooms, so it didn't seem worth the extra price. But the room that we were given, on the fourth floor of the Bustillo building, was small, dark and extrmely depressing, with a tiny view of the lake through a dormer window that one could only see standing up. As it rained for most of our stay, we had no choice but to spend a lot of time in the room, which was really dismal. The bathroom was also particularly ancient, and the bed was not comfortable. The location of the Llao Llao is certainly dramatic, and the indoor/outdoor pool in particular is wonderful. I'm sure that the hotel is a lot nicer in good weather. But it's inconceivable that this could be considered a five-star hotel, considering the dreary state of the room that we were given.

Very beautiful place in Bariloche 13 k from the center and 7km from the airport was our home in this beautiful place. It is a very nice complex at the shore of the Nahuel Haupi lake; with wonderful views of the mountains. The complex is very modern and the facilities very The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The cleaning service charges it separately and everything you need you need it from the center except you go in car this place is recommended in this case but not suitable for you; This far from everything.I would recommend a few things like to fix the streets of the complex and the surroundings as they are very damaged to circulate. In reference to the aparts, you should at least replace the PH of the bathroom daily and improve the covers as you can't even peel a apple with what they leave you in the apartment(no wire). The right staff;the girls of breakfast a little tired always;without much sympathy were noted internal problems of operation. The right repeated breakfast; If you stay many days I don't recommend it to you It's better to prepare in the apartment itself. The wifi a little slow for moments.Tienrn outdoor pool only seasonal. It's ideal where you go in car. Each apartment has its owner and depends on who you have different Location services such as garden furniture not all apatmrt have them.Safety is good but a little tired;because every time you leave the complex you check your car's bag;it seems excessive. The place is very recommendable ; The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

I stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with the stay. I had a classic standard room which was large and exactly as per the photos. A very comfortable king bed, and amenities including an in room safe, fridge and flat screen tv although nearly all the channels were in Spanish. There was no tea or coffee in the room but there was always the Mitico bar / lounge on the first floor with incredible views across the lake and a good menu for light snacks and drinks all very reasonably priced. Unfortunately my room wasn’t ready when I arrived until 15:00, but I was given a drinks voucher whilst I waited which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good with all the standard options including scrambled eggs. I didn’t have chance to use the spa but the pool looked nice, again with that incredible view. The hotel is well located with only a 10 minute walk to centre Civico where there is a tourist information centre who were really helpful with good suggestions for day trips and bus information. On my first day I did the circuito Chico which was a 10 km circular route which included climbing up Cerrito Llao Llao at 1080m for great views. On my second day I caught a 55 bus to Cerro Catedral and took the cable car followed by a 30 minute hike to reach the peak with stunning views. The only negative of my stay was that I had a connecting room with a door to the next room, and I could hear my neighbours (who were loud). Reception offered to move me to a non connecting room but they only had a twin so I declined as the king bed in the classic is very nice. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel is old, but it didn't scare me. It's well preserved, it's cool, clean, and the room we chose had a fantastic view, film! Every cent worth it! The staff's service was great. I recommend the hotel very much! We've done almost everything on foot. Very, very, very good!

We were extremely disappointed with this hotel Yes, the location is good, but so many other things were tired and hopelessly dated. I can’t remember when I have ever stayed in a hotel anywhere that did not have individual temperature controls in the room. The shower was very slippery and the water temperature was uneven. The bathroom amenities were minimal, given the price for the rooms. And instant coffee in the room?? Every other hotel we stayed at in Argentina had a Keurig or Nespreso machine. Finally, we are becoming accustomed to finding USB ports in hotel rooms for our devices and there were none. Fortunately I had my own adapters, because the hotel had run out of them. I believe this hotel has a 4-star rating, but this was no 4-star experience. Also I reached out to this hotel several times via email and had no reply. There was no manager available during our stay.
