I was very satisfied with my stay here. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around; it's within walking distance to the subway station and major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient, with smooth communication. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for short trips or business travel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

I'm grateful that the front desk is open 24 hours a day! I was worried because I arrived late, but the hotel staff messaged me saying, ”Please take your time,” which put me at ease. The room is compact, but the bed was comfortable and I slept soundly every night. The shared bathroom was also always cleaned, so it was nice and clean. The access and location are also excellent, making it very convenient!

Excellent location, well-connected by metro and numerous bus lines making it easy to get anywhere in Barcelona. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything you might need. The reception area has a very unique decor, like a mini art gallery. The room is a bit small, but it's very clean and has a modern bathroom.

We had no full experience, the check-in was disastrous, we arrived at 23:00 and there was no one at the reception, only online reception and we were not sent the code to check-in. We were 40 minutes waiting. We lost a reservation we had made in a restaurant. There was not even a request for excuse. The same thing was in the check-out. They hit the door at 9 a.m. I had no one to ask for a late check-out. It was really bad. Excellent location and well-cared room.

Unexpectedly, when we arrived at the hotel after nine o'clock, the front desk was willing to check in for us, and was also very friendly and introduced us to nearby attractions. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and there are supermarkets nearby.

Convenient location, 3 mins walk from Aerobús stop and just 1 min walk to Urgell Metro station. Many cafe and reataurants around. Staff are friendly and room is clean and tidy. Love the rain shower system, a powerful one. Definitely will stay again for next visit to Barcelona.

Friends said that there are still some differences compared with the previous ones, but many people still live in moderation and pay more attention to friendship and do not affect her head.

The hotel is well located and staff pretty helpful. However, under the hotel there is a theater/club. And they have shows and concerts until late at night (even after 12am). Despite multiple efforts I could not sleep at all and I don;t suggest this property if you need a good night sleep as the local does not respect customers silence needs. And the price is not cheap!

The location of the hotel is quite good. It’s close to the train station, bus stops, and metro stations. It is also easy to walk around. The room is quite spacious although it’s a little old. It is always cool inside even the outside temperature is 30C. The blackout curtain is very good for sleep in. The staffs are nice and friendly. The selection of breakfast is not bad and it only costs 16 euros per person. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.
