From entering the hotel to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty. We came to Barcelona for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and on the day of check in I was greeted by beautiful patisserie and a bottle of chilled cabs in our room! Our first breakfast was heralded by complimentary pancakes and the staff were so courteous and helpful. But what made our stay so special was that this isn’t just an ordinary city hotel. They ooze individuality at every opportunity, from the selection of drinks in your room to the evening entertainment and everything else in between. This is our little secret hideaway in Barcelona, and we shall be returning.

The Majestic Hotel is in a great location. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the area. Our room was a junior suite. It was large, comfortable, very clean and extremely welcoming upon our return after a long day out enjoying the sites of Barcelona. The breakfast was wonderful having pretty much everything you could want for breakfast and more! When we come back to Barcelona in the future, we will definitely stay at the Majestic Hotel.

Very nice, beautiful and good service. I would like to thank Ctrip in particular for the service attitude. The apartment was originally scheduled. As a result, the apartment has been unreachable. Location is great in Gothic Quarter, and staff are very nice. But the rooms are very very small! And peculiarly designed. Even small for one person. Toilet separate area of room from sink basin and shower. No where to sit except on bed. Very clean, good TV but uncomfortable room. Breakfast excellent, restaurant very good for dinner, rooftop bar small but attractive with good tapas. Hotel arranges transport as most taxis couldn’t find the hotel on a very narrow windy street!
