Hotels in Sant Marti, Barcelona

The hotel is neat and clean throughout. I really liked the room’s design and interior—it’s tastefully done. The reception staff is friendly and speaks English. While there were no bathrobes or water initially, they brought them quickly, even late at night. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and you’ll need to take the metro to reach the city center. The breakfast is diverse and delicious—you can even enjoy champagne in the morning!

I frequently visit Barcelona and always choose good hotels, but each stay is a nightmare. I specifically requested a quiet floor, yet both times I was given a room right next to a cleaning room, and on a particularly noisy floor with early morning disturbances! I didn't get a single good night's sleep! On top of that, I was overcharged double for the city tax. The two previous major hotels I stayed at charged the exact amount shown on the confirmation, so this is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such arbitrary charges, and they even tried to justify it. When you're traveling, sometimes you just don't want to argue! On the second day of my three-day stay, my room key card stopped working. When I changed rooms, the front desk only activated the card for one day, leaving me locked out in the middle of the night—it was absolutely frustrating. For my fellow Chinese travelers considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to check in at the front desk in person to confirm your room beforehand. It seems that even when you pay a lot, you don't get fair treatment in Europe! You'll be discriminated against. The front desk staff will say all the right things but won't actually do anything for you! If possible, just go for a short-term apartment instead of a hotel. Of course, many apartments are run by Chinese people, and some of them also overcharge! If you don't absolutely have to, don't come to Barcelona! 😂 Service: The staff at the hotel lobby seemed very polite, but they only genuinely served foreign guests.

I would recommend this hotel. The location is close to the metro and near the centre. Also there is a beach with walking distance. The pool is great in the day and there is a lovely Colombian lady there who is great with kids. In the evening we watched the football and it was great the following day we watched the England v Netherlands match and both the waiter and waitress told my son to not celebrate the goal. Without giving any reasons, it ruined the match and soured our whole stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at Travelodge From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated.

The room is very clean and spacious, one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. The room is great, however we had issue with the ac. It’s equipped with the controller that has AC and heater option, but the AC was not working and it kept blowing out hot air no matter how cold we set the dial. Upon checking with reception, we were told during November they switch the entire building system from ac to heater option so individual rooms have no way to override this. The room has massive windows so that has kept us cool. While we are in Nov, where weather is getting colder, the week that we were in Barcelona has great weather and temperatures still at the 15-20degrees so would have thought they would also consider the climate instead of just having a scheduled date to switch over everything to heating.. There are loads of breakfast options, but no egg station. Hot food option not the best, bacon and scrambled eggs overcooked and not really good quality on sausages. For those who enjoy cold breakfast selection like the pastries fruit and hams etc it’s much wider selection they provide here compared to other hotels.

An impressive hotel - I’ve never stayed 10 floors up before. The only real problem I had were the lights. There seemed to be a switch for each one, but not a switch that would switch them off. So going to sleep necessitated pulling the card out of its holder to get the room completely dark. Also not having trays at breakfast meant getting up and down much more than one word experience in a normal hotel. But apart from that, it was beautifully clean. And very close to transport links.

The service was fast and they will very attentive. Amazing experience. Really happy to choose this hotel as my first trip to Barcelona 🤗 if there is taxi service it will be even nicer although there is a taxi stand opposite the hotel and Uber app in the country. it still very difficult and time wasting. Overall I will still come back again because of the hotel amenities and services. 🤗

I had some doubts because of the negative comments about the hotel, but I did not encounter any negative situations during my stay. The hotel staff really do their best to meet your demands. I can say that I am generally satisfied.

The hotel suited our trip to Barcelona because we wanted access to the waterfront and to the city by bus and metro. The room was super and we would have used the pool if it was warmer weather. The breakfast was great with a large selection of local cheeses, meats and breads along with the usual breakfast offerings.

It was an amazing hotel . I saw many airbnb and hotels , but this one was luxury with the best breakfast we could ever have
