There were spider webs and a spider in the corner beside the desk, and even after I informed the front desk, no action was taken. Apart from that, the overall stay was satisfactory the location is convenient, with both a bus stop and a metro station right downstairs. The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great value for money.

The room is spacey and clean, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and able to help out with our stay. The hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist attraction but there is an underground station nearby which is very convenient.

Large clean modern room, staff were always super friendly and seemed to be there consistently until late at night. Was a bit out of the centre but a 1-2 min walk from the bus stop and metro which get you into the centre in about 15 and 6 mins respectively. Free sweets and flavoured water by the front desk to take as you please.

Very nice hotel. Very nice location. The only but is that the air conditioning is centralized. Went in the middle of the winter so the program was heating. Not ideal for a person who likes to sleep super cold. Other than that, stay was very nice, it’s near metro station and the bus stop. Very very convenient.

Nice place close to metro and bus stops.  Nice joy complaint is the room size and closeness of the twin beds.

The hotel is very nice, quite, comfortable. Service is very good. Breakfast is excellent

A bit disappointed to be honest for several things. Biggest of all is my room has bad odors and distinctive smell in bathroom and around my bed. I could not tell what it was and it could be mold or distinctive smell from air con ventilation. Tried to open windows for a good few hours but the odor persists still. Secondly, I has a row with the breakfast kitchen when I was requesting a cup of hot water for my monther in the room. I was very rudely denied by a kitchen staff who acted like he was banning me from using his cups for carrying hot waters. I was given that mug by his front desk colleague earlier and he tried to revert her action and was trying to take my mug back which has very hot water in it. I told him my hands could be badly burnt and he might be responsible for it. This is a hazzards he could not see if he must ask me use paper cups instead of mugs which he tried to grab from me. Lastly in the morning a male cleaner opened room while we were inside without knocking on the door first. This is totally NOT a reasonable service I ever expect in a hotel brand I previously liked when I last use in a neighbour country in Europe.

Great Hotel, clean rooms and reception always available and helpful. Would recommend for the price.
