I stayed here for two nights and three days. However, the cups I used on the first day (for drinks and coffee) were left untouched even after the room was cleaned. The housekeeping felt purely superficial, which was honestly disgusting. One night might be acceptable, but after two nights, the level of hygiene becomes questionable. In addition, the personal safe was unusable due to an error code, so I had to carry my valuables with me when I went out, which made me feel very uneasy.

The room was clean and tidy, but it was the only one out of eight hotels on this trip that didn't have a charging spot next to the bed. I was given a corner room where the Wi-Fi and mobile signal were poor, which meant I missed out on getting Sagrada Familia tickets. The cleaning staff were quite slow; I went out for half a day and when I returned, my room still hadn't been cleaned, so I gave up on it. I stayed for three nights and didn't receive the complimentary small cake that others got, but I didn't care for it anyway, so I didn't ask. The location, however, was very convenient.

It is a fantastic choice for a Barcelona visit! The location is absolutely superb, right near Passeig de Gràcia, making it incredibly easy to walk to major sights and high-end shopping. Our room was wonderfully spacious and immaculate, offering a comfortable and quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. Highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent service!

The location is great to everywhere. The service is poor. We never get our coffee, distilled water refilled during our four-night stay.

The location is absolutely prime, close to the subway station and convenient for bus travel. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. For breakfast, the fruits are delicious, and the bread, coffee, and jamón are also great. I especially enjoyed making a sandwich with plenty of jamón and cheese, dipping it in a bowl of grated tomato sauce with olive oil. It was incredibly tasty, even better than what you’d find outside. The breakfast service staff are very friendly and greet you warmly. The coffee seems to be of good quality, given the generous amount of cream, and I loved the strong Arabica aroma. However, the heating temperature was too low (as is common in most European countries), and it was quite cold. My wife had to use a hot pack, and I had to ask for an extra blanket to sleep with.

We were allowed an early check in at 10am. We booked a room with terrace facing the courtyard which turned out to be very quiet. One of the bath towels had stain on it. The breakfast choice was average only.
