Very clean & tidy room with nice view of the street. Perfect location right next to La Rambla & metro stations. Friendly staff who gave us a nice welcome every day and coped admirably with our non-existent Spanish. Delicious bargain breakfast. Excellent shower. Even the free sachet coffee in the room was top notch. No issues with heating/air-con. Would definitely stay there again. Great value for money and minimal in all the right ways.

Very neat and modern hotel, amazing location literally could not get closer to the centre and heart of barcelona. Friendly staff and able to store luggage prior to check in and after check out allowing us to explore more.

The hotel lobby is aweful. The receptionist is unfriendly , argumentative and defensive. The room ambience looks like a hostel. It’s NOT a 3 star hotel and it’s NOT worth the amount of money they charge.

Great room close to Las Ramblas, restaurants, bars and public transport links. Helpful and friendly staff. The room itself was exceptional for the price. Highly recommended

Very close to the metro and Mercado de La Boqueria. Either a short walk or a short metro ride will reach the attractions. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had no working air conditioner for 3 days and were told the manager "was on holiday." It was over 90 degrees in our room. We repeatedly told them it was not working. No one cared. You could not sleep with the windows open as it is a very loud street. We sweat through our clothes it was so hot. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE! ******* contacted them on our behalf and we were told it is a non-refundable room.
