Hotels with Swimming Pools in Barboursville

Staff is very friendly and helpful- my room was very clean and spacious. I love how some of the name brand hotels like Hampton Inn are adding extra pillows to the beds! Mine had atleast 4 on it and made it much more comfortable to sleep. Thank you Hampton Inn and Suites for having me!

Check in went smoothly. My room was reserved and I was pleased. Maid service was awesome. The breakfast was always available and well stocked. There is a pool available, I didn’t use it. The motel was quiet, like I expected it to be. Check out is smooth.

On 4/29/22 my family stayed at the Barboursville, WV Comfort Inn, as we attended my granddaughter's graduation from Marshall University on Saturday. After graduation, we returned to the motel and met in the breakfast nook dining area and enjoyed a catered lunch. The staff were extremely accommodating to us. From Rodney, who I spoke to on the phone, to Jody Allen, at the front desk, all were extremely kind, helpful, and considerate. The staff went out of their way to help me launch this graduation luncheon successfully. What impressed me the most was their ATTITUDE of graciousness and hospitality. These are traits that I sense are diminishing in our present culture. I wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart. You've got a great crew in that Barboursville facility, and I hope you can recognize them in some way for going above and beyond their job description.

After receiving a second room i still almost went out and slept in my vehicle. First and second room both had mold. Hair in bathroom, blood on pillow, used washcloth in bathroom, broken furniture, rooms had smells, constant water running, and holes in walls. Staff switched my room but didn't seem to care about any of the issues.
