Golden, indeed, was our experience. The small hotel is situated in a quiet location right at the lake shore, adjacent to a tiny harbour. Gardone Riviera is in walking distance and Salo' just a short car ride away. The services provided were superb. The polyglot staff was friendly, helpful, competent and efficient, to mention a few: Elisabetta at the reception, Marina with her team at the sumptuous breakfast buffet, Christian at the bar and ubiquitous Stefano with his team in the lakefront restaurant and (weather permitting) on the panoramic terrace. The food was not just delicious but artistically presented by chef de cuisine Vincenzo. Those who plan to visit the area around Salo' and Gardone Riviera a stay in this hotel is highly recommended.

I don’t know where to start: ALL was perfect……….Marina ( the whole-hearted breakfast manager) was the „frosting on the cake“. The room was clean and quiet, as was the Hotel, all staff we encountered were extremely friendly, and the amazingly rich deck-breakfast on the lake plainly unbelievable… We will be back 100%

This was our favourite hotel of our ten day trip to Italy. The setting is unmatched: a lakeside lot framed by palmetto trees, a pool and big views north along Lago di Garda. The staff were very nice and the prices, reasonable. We loved eating on a deck on the shore, served by a friendly bartender. Our rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was varied and excellent. Parking was extra but convenient. We want to return to this place for more than one night on a future trip.

Everything was perfect from communication before we arrived to our stay. The staff were amazing throughout and our room was large and comfortable with Everything we needed. The head waiter Stefano was a joy. Already planning for next year.

PARA QUE OS CINCO DIAS QUE LÁ PASSAMOS FOSSEM PERFEITOS FALTARAM APENAS OPÇÕES GASTRONÔMICAS. NÃO GOSTAMOS DO LA VERANDA E ASSIM COMEMOS SEMPRE FORA. MAS RECOMENDAMOS E VOLTARÍAMOS COM PRAZER !

I was struggling to write an excellent evaluation, because I fear that we have than to share this little italian paradise with more guests. On the other side I want to honor the great job the whole crew is doing there, from the reception, the new maitre Stefano, to each and every helpful hand in the hotel. All are doing their job with a lot of passion. The hotel itself is directly at the lake and has a beautiful terrasse, a very good restaurant and a lot places to feel good. Thanks a lot for again very nice 10 days this year Greetings Peter

We were made to feel welcome and special during our stay at this hotel. The customer service was brilliant, with a room upgrade too! The whole hotel felt glamorous but comfortable, and impeccably clean throughout. The views over the lake are absolutely stunning and the pool is incredibly clean and well attended. We were especially touched by the personal touches provided by the staff that made it feel like a 4 star experience. We also really loved the breakfast and the cocktails! My only note would be a little more local knowledge and guidance about how to get about around the lake (we wanted to use busses and ferries to explore) but Google maps covered this just fine in the end. We would come back again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Very nice hotel at the Garda Lake, very cozy and staff is very friendly and hospitable. Location is super. Restaurant is very good. Breakfast is excellent. But.. the hotel needs a renovation in general. It is all a bit old fashioned and damaged.

We spent last week at this hotel and it was a fabulous experience. The hotel has both a wonderful pool and access directly onto the lake, so we spent more time than we expected to swimming and paddle boarding in the lake. The staff are wonderful and the whole vibe is one of relaxed luxury. The only down side is the menu is a little too stuffy, dinner wise and you are a good 30 mins away from Salo for alternative options. You could walk into beautiful Riva Gardone, but after6 nights we’d exhausted all those restaurants. However I still give this hotel top marks as it was perfect in so many other ways.
