We have stayed here a few times on way back to Wales and every time we found great service. Hotel always smells nice and is clean. It is a cheap hotel which punches above its weight for value. 1 criticism is that the food os terrible. Guy told us that all food is microwaved. Not a big deal as there a food court 3 mins away amd plenty of restaurants around. Great location to explore surrounding area.

The location is really a bit biased, but there is also a commercial package next to it that is OK. The quality of the hotel's service, breakfast, and the internal environment are very good. There is a subway within a 15-minute walk, and it’s fast to the center of Bilbao. Next time I go on a business trip, I’ll change to a closer location, but it’s good for a vacation. You can stay in the hotel for a whole day, hahahahaha
