酒店位置不錯，老酒店翻新工作還是比較成功的。但是床品過於差勁，晚上睡覺刺的生痛，空調也不太涼快。另外酒店送機服務時間較為分散，難以享受這項服務。酒店早餐很不錯，值得誇讚。

酒店位於市中心，後面有學校醫院。停車方便，服務好，房間不大，設備齊全，老酒店的原因，沒有乾濕分離，洗澡站在澡缸裏，噴頭不能動，水花四濺。可能淡季，早餐很一般。離太保山近，爬山上去可觀景。

賓館在保山市區，位置得天獨厚，離太保山公園很近，房間設施齊全，前台服務態度好，由於下雨車停在地下停車場，缺少指引標誌，對前台指出後能虛心接受意見，還是給5分。
