硬體設備非常优，五星级水平，地理位置也非常佳，附近的餐厅，按摩等都非常方便！柜台人员的训练及应对水平跟五星级的硬体设备感觉不太搭配。

雲南遊，走了差不多半個月，大大小小各類的客棧住了好多，雖説客棧有特色，但畢竟大多是民房改的，多少都會有這樣那樣的問題，可沒想到來了保山這個相對冷門一點的城市竟然有條件這麼好的酒店，無論從建築風格，環境，位置，衞生條件都比一般的五星級酒店要高出一截，離機場也不遠，保山新機場條件大幅提升。酒店遠離鬧市很安靜對面就是古哀牢文化發源地青華海濕地公園，酒店本身環境也很不錯園林綠化都很好，房間大床也舒服，簡直是這次雲南行最滿意的酒店。關鍵三四百的價格還親民，下回來保山必住！

房間很大，超值！風景很不錯，園林設計，有淡淡蘇州味，對面的永昌閣特別建議晚上去，燈光很美！還有永昌火瓢牛肉店，好吃到沒朋友！
不知道什麼原因洗完澡的水在洗手盆下面一灘，一直沒流走也不幹，其它沒毛病，下次還會來住呢！

結論：值得推薦的酒店。
1、攜程上的圖片與實際相符，很有參考性。
2、庭院房型在一樓，有個小院子，有泡池。
3、温泉極好評，真温泉，水燙，氟化泉，比很多專門的温泉還好。
4、非常安靜，床鋪好睡。酒店提前來電問枕頭選型，服務好評。
5、有一個沙發床，打開多一個床位，睡個十多歲的小朋友沒問題。
6、整體裝修設施不錯
7、庭院綠化非常好，有步道，可以散散步
8、早餐不錯
