We had a wonderful family stay at Zhuozheng hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and was amazed by the food. Breakfast buffet is also very good and diverse. Thanks to manager Niu Xue Mei who was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room. For me the best hotel in Baoding!

The curtains were also broken and the buttons were malfunctioning. Able to pull by hand. The executive room is large, but the TV is very small and the sound is also low. No one can talk in the room with the TV on, otherwise the TV sound will not be heard. The blinds in the bathroom are not closed tightly, so you can watch others using the toilet in the room. Sound insulation is not good either. The service was not as good as the reviews said. When I checked in, I was asked if I drove a car. I said I drove a car, and then nothing happened. When I checked out, the front desk asked me if the license plate number was not recorded when I checked in? What kind of work connection is this? ! There is no wine in the executive lounge, no service staff, only Sprite, Fanta and several types of tea. The kettle is not connected to the power supply, only cold water, and the lounge is only open in the afternoon. Is this called an executive lounge? No wonder many people commented on the free upgrade to an executive room because there is no generally accepted executive treatment.
