Old facilities with unefficient staff. Not worth your money. Hidden charge from Trip.com with 50myr added upon arrival at receiption desk. Overall experience is bad.

❌BREAKFAST area all FLY !!! Selection of breakfast is vegetarian : Sambal with onion , nasi goreng sayur , mee goreng tomato , flour goreng !!! Omg 😂 kidding me ⁉️No coffee no egg the basic all don’t have …. ❌Water park looked very good in photo but in fact is really old resort without a well maintenance 😐 Not worth to pay for the entrained ticket ‼️ Room very old… lift worst than ppr flat lift … scary entrance in night time 😅 🚫IF YOU NEED A BREAKUP TRIP IF COULD BE A GOOD CHOICES 🚫 💢SAY NO MORE TO MORIB SPOILED OUR TRIP 💢

The resort is not keep as well as compare to 10years ago. The bed liner is very old. The room is smelly and the heater is not working. We ask to check but end up changed a other room. Luckily the 2nd room is more comfortable.. hope the management can upgrade all the room amenities and furniture...

Good for kids and near Beach .lot of food nearby and have night water park add on rm10 ringgit

Sorry gold coast ni teruk sgt cleanliness. Jacuzzi paling worst. How can u guys serve jacuzzi with electric wiring exposed on the tiles? Then req utk bersihkan end up lebih kurang je. Tu pon jacuzzi mcm tunggu nk rosak je dia bagi. Lepas tutup lubang after fill in water, langsong takleh bukak wei. So ko mandi sekali jelah guna jacuzzi then bertangkung mcmtu. Ltk no hp utk dihubungi tp langsung x angkat. Sorg angkat ckp dah x handle bilik. Urghh fed up. Malam2 bunyi air menitip rupanya atap bilik air bocor 😵‍💫 Takde wifi. Check in kol 3 check out kol 12. Tp receptionist bgtau waterpark open until 7pm and open again tomorrow starting 10 am. Giler cekik darah. Nk berhibur pon tak sempat. Turun kaunter 8am da start bkk nasib baik boleh enjoy. Overall, location quite ok, blkg bole terus ke pantai. Extra gold coast sbb ada waterpark. On other side, very frustrating especially services n room. Faham, this is an old resort but u guys really have to improve your services n cleanliness.

Room not ok...door room cannot open,toilet problem water not go..air cond dont have remote..

Location on the beach,easy find food.toilet no provide tissue,u go to toilet need use ur hand.hehe.....Floor have pothole,u need be careful walk,the room massage tub can't use.please don't look forward to.The room have cockroach.if u like that's good.

Nice and happy for short holiday. I think certain old facilities need to refurbish.
