I recently stayed at this hotel and was upgraded to a spacious city-view room. The room is well-divided into a living area and a bedroom, with a sofa, TV counter, and a small dining table for two. The space feels large and open, though the furniture is quite old—especially the sofa, which has lost its spring. Still, everything is functional and clean.
The bathroom is spotless and well-designed, with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The bed is soft and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes. The variety and presentation are impressive—one of the best parts of my stay.
Staff are friendly and professional, speaking multiple languages and always ready to help. It’s convenient to reach the hotel by BTS to Saphan Taksin Station and take the free hotel shuttle boat, which runs every hour. The riverside view along the Chao Phraya River is beautiful, especially in the evening.
The hotel is only about 450 meters from Asiatique The Riverfront, an easy walking distance for dining and shopping.
Facilities include parking, a swimming pool, restaurants, and an indoor lounge.
Overall, a large riverside hotel with great service, outstanding breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere. Although the furniture is dated, the cleanliness and hospitality make it a pleasant stay.

I had a great time during my stay. The room was quite comfy and large for one or two people. However it’s very clear the property is quite old and the wear and tear is noticeable. There were some slight issues with cleaning and not restocking amenities when we stayed there but it was nothing major. Staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was alright, definitely a little small. I think some renovation of the property would really help improve the experience.

Multiple stays at this most reliable centrally located hotel with attentivene staff.
Generally the first place I stay after arriving in Bangkok where I can get my bearings. Plenty of restaurant and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity. Public transportation a 5 minute walk away.
No hesitation recommending.

Have booked 2 rooms and the request is met with the good responsive attention of their manager Sandy. There is a number of feedback for improvement and repair required which I will send directly to Hotel. Here one thing I would inform the hotel is their facade exterior glass is stained with lots of paint due to their external painting works. One of the room I stay is 502. Even the paint could be seen on lobby restaurant glass. They should ask their contractor to have the paint removed on glass and cleaning the facade exterior glass.

I had a great experience with Mr. Wut, Ms. Fah, and Ms. Nokky — all very kind and helpful! Communication in English was smooth and easy throughout the stay.
On the way here, I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. They patiently helped me communicate and search for it, which I’m really grateful for.
They also recommended an airport taxi service that’s even cheaper than Grab — very practical and thoughtful advice.
Great service, warm people. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
