This is truly what luxury is - for someone who stayed in many hotels across Bangkok for example JW Marriot, Waldorf Astoria, St Regis and even Siam kempinski I tell you this is hands down top notch - true Thai hospitality and they are very accommodating. I was blown away by the service - I stayed in the Athenee Suite - and you get exclusive VIP treatment and check in on the 26th Floor - those who want comfort and real Thai grace and service this hotel is for you

The only thing about this place is the breakfast buffet, not so many choices of foods, the staff was very nice n friendly… definitely will come back n stay longer at this beautiful Hotel… 🥰🥰🥰……………

Staying in Park Hyatt for more than 5 times. The environment and services are as good as always. Everything is superb. Love the bathroom in particular which is spacious, with simple and clean design. Will definitely stay in the same hotel in my future visits.

Silom/Sathorn
The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10,This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ,the bed is huge and comfortable ,the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

Sukhumvit
The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the service fell short of expectations. Despite the staff's presence, their demeanor didn't reflect enthusiasm or hospitality, leaving me somewhat disappointed. One area that particularly left me wanting was the breakfast spread. The options were limited, lacking variety and creativity. This aspect of the stay detracted from the overall experience, as breakfast is often considered a highlight of hotel stays. On a positive note, the location of the hotel was satisfactory, offering convenience for exploring the surrounding area. In summary, while Hotel jal impresses with its cleanliness and acceptable location, the lackluster service and uninspiring breakfast options detract from the overall experience. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could enhance its appeal to guests seeking a more fulfilling stay.

Riverside
The location of the hotel is very good, next to the river. Access by hotel shuttle boat. Opposite Icon Siam. Comfortable rooms come with views of the Chao Phraya River. I gave full marks to everything except the service of the staff. The staff are arrogant and have very high egos. Not recommended. There are many other hotels along the river where the staff provide better service.
