The essence of a high-end hotel, especially at its price point, often boils down to the emotional value and overall experience it delivers. Firstly, even with temperatures soaring above 30 degrees Celsius, the allure of Naile Garden, being open to the public, was undeniable for many ladies eager to snap photos. However, as a guest, I highly recommend booking the hotel's exclusive tour. This is the only way to gain access to the interior of the former residence. While the tour is conducted entirely in English, which might be a bit challenging for some, the guide's attitude was excellent. A pleasant surprise was receiving a complimentary fan and being invited for drinks next door. Secondly, the hotel's staffing was more than adequate. Whenever I left my room, they would promptly tidy it – a remarkable three times from afternoon to evening, showcasing incredible attention to detail. I only experienced the BMW airport transfer service to the terminal, where staff were ready to assist with check-in. Thirdly, as it was my birthday, I had requested special arrangements in advance. Upon arrival, I was greeted with champagne and cake. Another cake was presented during dinner at the 19th-floor teppanyaki restaurant. Finally, breakfast was à la carte, a standard for luxury hotels. I highly recommend the Thai noodles; the broth was incredibly flavorful, far from a street-food experience. The latte was also made with excellent beans – I ordered two! Before leaving, there was a charming little ritual of drawing a lucky charm. Even though you know it's designed to be a good omen, it certainly maximizes that emotional value. By the way, the laundry bag was of excellent quality, and with permission, I took it home to use for my running gear.

Bangkok is filled with hotels, mostly located along the BTS or by the river. This hotel, however, has a rather average location but a high price. Many people recommended it online, so I decided to give it a try. I booked a 3-night stay in an Executive Floor double room. The lobby is designed like a garden, and the staff are very professional. The executive lounge is spacious, and both the afternoon tea and cocktail selections are quite extensive. Gee, who assisted us, was very polite and professional, with excellent English, and even escorted us to our room to introduce the facilities. Our room was a super spacious 80 square meters, with a modern design – I was extremely satisfied. The breakfast at the lobby restaurant, recommended by Michelin, is on par with top-tier hotels. The quality is high, yet it doesn't feel overly formal or intimidating, which was excellent. I tried breakfast at the executive lounge one day; while it wasn't as extensive as the lobby's, it offered more privacy and still had plenty of choices. Mook, who attended to us, was very attentive and had a lovely smile – excellent service. The spa was also very good, but expensive. However, there are significant discounts if you become a member. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the nearby BTS station and shopping mall, but the shuttle bus is small and the frequency is low, so there's room for improvement. The pool isn't bad, but there aren't enough sun loungers, and it doesn't get direct sunlight.

I was really looking forward to leaving Bangkok, but this hotel finally brought me some peace of mind because the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was truly amazing. Otherwise, I would have left a day earlier instead of staying. This time, I was invited by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Weibo Night, and my friends were staying here, so I joined them. The facilities are new, the service is good, and there was even a young lady who spoke excellent Chinese to help us check in. The view is uniquely beautiful. What moved me the most was when I wanted to swim but didn't have swimming trunks. The guy at the 7th-floor gym proactively took me into the mall and walked to two different stores until we found some, accompanying me the whole time. Thumbs up!👍

This hotel is a must-stay in Bangkok! We traveled as two families and the hotel conveniently offered two suites – one with a king bed and one with twin beds – plus a large living room. The facilities were comprehensive, though the washing machine was a minor letdown; it was slow to wash and completely ineffective at drying, feeling a bit old. Aside from that, all other facilities were well-maintained. The hotel service was excellent. The public area features a semi-open-air pool, perfect for kids, and partially shaded which is great on sunny days. The breakfast at the hotel's ground-floor restaurant was delicious; we ate there for three consecutive days and never got bored. It's a semi-buffet with plenty of à la carte options. Located in Bangkok's embassy district, the hotel area felt very safe, and getting around to tourist spots was incredibly convenient. We even met a fantastic private driver. Everything was perfect!

Excellent place to sleep and relax. It's in the city center, but still quiet. SUPERRICH THAILAND money exchange and 7-Eleven are nearby. The 7-Eleven operates from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM. For SUPERRICH THAILAND bank exchange, search on Google Maps for the closest one to the hotel. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk service to the metro station. Inside the hotel, there's a small cafe, parking, a kids' play room, a small gym, and a swimming pool. Everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay! The location is very convenient. All the facilities are in good condition. The swimming pool, saunas and the gym were really great. A nice little bear toy was so sweet 🥹 I think I found a hotel where I will stay again and again when I’m in Bangkok!

before today the unpleasant incident happened, I found this hotel is very good, except the location if you prefer live nearby the central world shopping mall or night market The room is very spacious, and well equipped with the washing machine and kitchen, if you prefer to stay for more than a week, this become quite useful. However, I was shock to observe one incident that blow my mind off completely and will reconsider to stay at this hotel again. I was having a breakfast and noticed one lady use her used fork repeatedly to taste the fruits on the fruits tray, before deciding to put it into her plate. She tasted the fruit first, then used the same fork to try a few more from the tray before taking it. The hotel staff noticed her actions but did nothing to stop her, and I have to inform the staff to dispose all the remaining fruits and replace with the new one. A few other guest also saw it, and we were stunt by this lady action.
