I recently stayed at Moxy Bangkok by Marriott for a 2-day, 1-night business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel’s design is fun and funky, a refreshing change from traditional hotels—you might even miss the reception, as it’s cleverly integrated with the bar counter! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the location is superb. Right next door is Big C, directly opposite is Central World Mall, and Pratunam Fashion Mall is just a 7-minute walk away. Shopping lovers, this is a prime spot! One standout moment: when I called a Grab, the staff were extremely helpful. They even called the driver back to make sure he could find the entrance, which I really appreciated since this hidden spot can be tricky to locate. Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-designed hotel with friendly staff—I’d definitely stay here again.

2nd time staying here.  Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast spread and variety is the best Ive ever seen. Gym and pool facilities are well designed, amazing view during your work out. Only gripe is the room is not designed with the TV at the front of your bed, channels and function of the TV are limited. Nonetheless, would stay a 3rd time

I’ve always been a fan of Marriott hotels, especially Four Points by Sheraton, which I consider the best value-for-money brand in the group. However, this particular stay left me a bit disappointed. The front desk staff were genuinely attentive and made a real effort to accommodate my needs, which I appreciated. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the BTS station and surrounded by major shopping malls like Central Embassy. There’s also a charming little street next to the hotel filled with plenty of restaurants, along with convenient stores like Boots, Big-C, and 7-Eleven, making it easy to grab essentials or a quick bite. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, offering a mix of Thai and Western options with a good variety. However, the bread selection was repetitive, and while the hot dishes changed daily, they leaned heavily toward Thai cuisine. In terms of the room, the soundproofing was average. My room faced the main road, so I could hear traffic at night, though it didn’t affect my sleep. The air conditioning was strong, but the lighting was dim—there were no ceiling lights, just wall and desk lamps, which made reading or working at night quite difficult. The amenities were basic. My room didn’t come with a toothbrush, though I could request one from the front desk. They did provide two large bottles of drinking water daily, but the tea bags weren’t replenished after use. There was no bathtub in the room, which was fine, though I did miss having a soak after a long day out. Unfortunately, the shower gel caused a skin reaction—itchy bumps after just one use. Thankfully, I had brought my own. Lastly, the towels were very worn out, with frayed edges on most of them. It almost felt like Four Points was going green by reusing everything to the max!

A very pleasant hotel, everything met our expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Housekeeping cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff were always polite, friendly, and quick to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of dishes. The location is convenient — there are cafes, shops, and public transport nearby. It’s easy to walk to the city center or reach it within a few minutes by taxi. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

The location is indeed quite advantageous for various activities. Being in proximity to shopping areas offers convenience and a variety of choices. Furthermore, the accessibility to restaurants provides diverse dining experiences. This positioning certainly enhances the overall appeal of the surroundings. Therefore, it makes the area a desirable place to visit.

This is our second time at Sindhorn Kempinski hotel, friendly and helpful hotel staff and lovely breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a pillow menu that offers almost up to 10 types of pillows selection, however, they ran out of stock for the one that we requested.. Do pamper at the SPA if it’s an option, the SPA offers an array of treatments and saunas, my favorite was the ice room right after a hot steam! Things that can be done better was 1) the Check-in time, it took us almost 30 minutes at the front desk. Wish that part was more efficient. 2) Better pest management - there was a bunch of mosquitoes at the lobby and a few flies in the bedroom.

Environment: A truly satisfying stay. The hotel is a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, boasting spacious public areas and a beautiful garden, making for a very relaxing experience. Cleanliness: Personally, I found the cleanliness to be impeccable. Every corner was spotless, and there were no unpleasant odors. Facilities: While there weren't any particularly standout facilities, the smart technology integration was satisfactory. Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The staff struck the perfect balance, never feeling overly enthusiastic or intrusive. Ordering at the restaurant was excellent, and the foreign gentleman at the front desk was particularly amusing and efficient in resolving any issues. Social Time: The bar was fantastic! A great spot to unwind with a drink or two while enjoying the city views.

Everything was great! The hotel is very centrally located, easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean. The bed is super soft and comfortable, linen was crisp and fresh. The service was excellent. I received a free upgrade upon arrival. I want to give special thanks to the cleaning ladies. They cleaned the room daily, and their work was immaculate. They even rolled up my charging cords, which I never do myself 😂. Please give them a praise and salary raise. They deserve it. ❤️

The hotel is well located and within walking to shopping and food. The room is clean and the service is excellent. The only disappointment is that the shower water temperature fluctuates and could get quite hot occasionally.

I stayed at this hotel for one night last week to celebrate my birthday. Before booking, I did some research online and saw many reviews saying that the hotel would prepare a birthday cake and a handwritten card, which made the experience very special. Because of this, I chose to stay here and even noted in my reservation that it was for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, my room was only ready more than an hour after the promised check-in time. When I finally entered the room, there was no cake, no handwritten card, and no sign of any birthday arrangement. Considering the reviews I had read, this gave me a very poor first impression. Later, after I asked about it, the hotel arranged balloons and champagne. While I appreciated the gesture, it was disappointing that I had to request it myself — this should not be the case at a five-star hotel. It also felt inconsistent, as it seems some guests receive the full experience while others do not, which feels like unfair treatment. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the staff were polite and professional, and since the room was delayed, they did arrange a late check-out for me. Overall, while the location and staff attitude were good, the lack of consistency and disappointing handling of a special occasion made the stay fall below my expectations. I would not consider staying here again in the future.

GGuest UserWe had the best time here. Stayed as a group of 6 and each of us had a personal bathroom and the accommodation was huge enough to give us all personal space and provide common areas where we ate and spent time together. One of the rooms had a shower that wasn't able to dispense hot water, unfortunately mine, so I had cold showers during the course of my stay, but I wasn't fussed and was sure that one of the staff would've had it rectified quickly if I had requested for assistance (nicked a point off service for this - might want to conduct checks before guest arrival). Comfortable beds - great common areas - amazing amount of space - quiet location - super helpful staff - really great memories all around. Cannot recommend enough.

GGuest UserLocation was easy to find however the hotel signage was a bit small, slightly difficult for taxi/grab driver to see. Hotel is close to chit lom BTS station around 7 mins walk. close by 7-11 and eateries. Room is consider clean but furnishing slightly outdated, shld revamp the furnitures to be less bulky since the living room area not that spacious. XXinZuanIs my second time staying at Bliston. The room concept is like an apartment, there is living room, kitchen, table + sleeping room with bathroom. If you don’t like the small hotel room, want to relax the max, I will suggest you to stay here. Bathroom is really clean, bright, and not smelly. I like the bed and towel, is super clean and white, and comfy! The sound proof is good, you can’t really hear outside or noises. The hotel is like 5mins walking distance to the main street, you still can hear a bit of BTS noise if you are very quiet in your room. Also, is like 10mins walking distance to centralwOrld, a very convenient location for tourist.

You can walk just 10 mins to central chidlom or 20 mins to central world. Staffs are attentive and nice. Well, however, the room is not cleaned as we first stayed in 2022, the mattress was very hard to sleep on, and the pillows wasn’t in good condition. The hotel amenities such as refrigerator, microwave and washing machine are old and without well maintenance.
