For this price, the facilities offer incredible value for money! We were very pleased with both the hotel's ambiance and its service. The room was spacious, the bathroom featured dry/wet separation, and there's a rooftop pool. Upon arrival, staff proactively helped us with our luggage and brought it to our room (we gladly gave them a small tip).
We arrived on a red-eye flight in the early morning and were assigned a lower-floor room on the 4th floor. There was a little noise, but as I'm a good sleeper, it didn't bother me at all.
**Hotel Location:**
It's a bit of a distance from the main attractions we wanted to visit, but none were excessively far. The money we saved on the hotel easily covered taxi fares. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and about a 5-minute walk away, you'll find a bustling food street/market popular with locals, which I visited often during my stay.
The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the metro station, which is a thoughtful touch. My family and I were very satisfied. We initially booked just one night before heading to Chiang Mai, but after returning to Bangkok, we chose to stay here again without hesitation. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Thailand.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so I'll just share a couple of snaps from the nearby food market.

I stayed here once last year and had a very pleasant experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it truly lives up to 5-star standards while being reasonably priced. It's excellent for families traveling with children. The underground parking garage connects directly to a shopping mall, which is super convenient, especially on rainy days as you won't get wet. There's a fantastic Thai restaurant in the mall; we ordered the Volcano Ribs and Pork Neck Fried Rice, which were both incredibly delicious. The mall also boasts many stylish clothing stores where I found some lovely clothes and shoes. On the lower level of the mall, there's a supermarket, perfect for grabbing snacks to bring back to the room. We also bought a large box of incredibly fresh and delicious pomelos for only 99 Baht. You can also find the famous ChaTraMue Thai milk tea there. The hotel pool is beautiful, and the water was pleasantly warm, so the kids loved it.
Suggestions: The hot water taps were a bit stiff, making it difficult for children to operate them. While the pool view from the room is lovely, the sight of the lobby's rooftop below was a bit of an eyesore, as it looked rather old and dated.

Even though it's not in the city center, the hotel is new and conveniently located near public transport. Taxis and ride-shares are also readily available. Directly across the street, there's a good indoor market selling food, fruit, and drinks, as well as a weekend market. Breakfast was average. They are quite strict about the check-in time. Overall, I was satisfied.

Booked this room because of the bathroom amenities.. the hotel was slightly far from BTS, but its walkable distance as description. Arrived on first day, noted the toilet light was spoilt and flickering. Informed the front desk and they got it changed almost immediately.. front desk staff was prompt in their service! The roof top swimming pool located at Level 33 and the sky view was beautiful!!

The is an older hotel that definitely had a glory day, and it has a lot of potential. It features a nice breakfast that changes a couple of items each day. The rooms have a rolling clothing rack to dry your clothes, which is quite unique. When walking into the hotel, the chandelier and spiral staircase is breathtaking.
Opportunities: You can tell when you walk in that the hotel is struggling. The equipment behind reception is in disrepair. I found the staff very Indignant, stuffy, not at all friendly. The exception was the cleaning lady for level 14...she was so kind and did a fantastic job!. The beautiful entrance is destroyed as soon as you enter, as you are presented with old tables and chairs with covers...which really cheapens the entire experience. The reception is located at the far end of the room.
The location isn't great but nothing they can do about that. For example, the freeway is right in front of the hotel. It's not attractive. . However, within 10 to 15 minutes away, there are plenty of shops and restaurants

Location is near to Sanam Pao bts. Easy to accees. Next door have a 7 eleven too. But not much things around. There is a mall around 7mins walk.
Check in, check out is fast, no deposit needed. Room is new and modern. Bathroom is nice, toiletories provided. Wifi is fast. Coffee tea water available too with a writing desk. But room size is small. If have 2 luggages want to open, will be no space. Tv with limited channels.

This was my 4th stay at Quarter Ratchayothin by UHG, and I am pleased to note that the service continues to meet the hotel’s high standards. The rooms are clean, and I have observed continuous improvements since my previous visits, making the overall experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
During this visit, I experienced a minor incident involving the parking area. However, the staff provided excellent assistance, promptly following up and coordinating with the building management regarding CCTV footage and tracking my lost belongings. I truly appreciate their support and dedication.
That said, I would suggest that the hotel consider enhancing the security measures for the parking lot, particularly in terms of regular inspections and safeguarding guests’ vehicles and property. Improving these security protocols would further ensure peace of mind for guests regarding their vehicles and belongings.
Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and look forward to returning again. With some enhancements in security, I believe the experience could be even better.

I don't think it's a 4-star hotel, but I still had a good time. The only big problem for me is the soundproofing of the rooms because you can hear absolutely everything that's going on in the corridors, the neighbouring rooms and the footsteps from the rooms above. Luckily, I was so tired that I still slept well. The room has the bare minimum, you don't need much more, but it's not luxurious either. The hotel is still a 20-minute walk from the metro, so it's often easier to get around by taxi or scooter if you don't have a suitcase. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent. I didn't try the pool. It's still good value for money.

The hotel was great! The room was nice and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and street foods in the main road not far from the hotel just around 2 mins by foot. This was my second time staying at this lovely hotel.
All good! And even better if the staffs were friendly enough to show more of their service-minded attitude towards guests.

To set up there with Bangkok Skyline but also having the peace and the quantity of all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very good. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The bathroom didn't smell unpleasant. It was very hygienic. There was a refrigerator, TV, and hair dryer. It was the best stay. The check-in counter had very good service. Everyone spoke politely. There was a turtle flying machine downstairs of the hotel. It was excellent. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay many more times. I highly recommend this kind of quality hotel.

GGuest UserHostel is kind of near chatuchak market. About 5mins walk from Mochit station. Due to a current construction, the hostel is not that accessible.
Room is simple and tidy, Aircon is thankfully working. The common showers are kept clean but need abit of maintenance.
Hostel as a common area stocked with bread, noodles, cookies and board games for socializing which is a nice touch! Wouldn't mind staying here again when returning to Bangkok!

The hotel itself is nice and clean but it is really far from the nearest metro station and the city center. My room had window, but it was looking straight at the opposite wall and a piece of balcony, so it was really dark during daytime. The shower was broken and spilling water everywhere. The room doesn’t have enough sockets, like there was only one available beneath the desk, so you have to put the kettle on the floor to boil some water.
The staff is nice and helpful, however, sometimes workers started to do very noisy things in the morning right in front of my window.

GGuest UserAri is a very convenient, lively neighborhood with many good restaurants, shops and bars.
The Josh Hotel is a special place, it’s stylish in a retro way, the staff is reserved and distant, but quick and professionall.
It’s not a calm place, there is music in the night, many guests get home late at night like 1 am or 3 am - while slamming door to their room.
This time the instant coffee was never refilled during our stay & the mattress was so thin and used too much - it should get better be replaced in the near future, we asked for a room far away from the elevator and we go the second closest room at the elevator. The fridge is tiny, the trash bin even smaller. The pool was only 1 day available of 4 - that was the a real downer. We wish the hotel would take their guests a little bit more serious and not only their entertainment and gastronomical side business. It feels a little bit halfhearted lately in many ways. But still solid, if you don’t mind the semi-professional attitude and nightly interruptions by ignorant guests.
