The premier room is located at the end of the wing, near the fire exit. The self-closing swing door is quite noisy, and soundproofing between rooms isn't great. The ambiance and decor are classic, old-style, and grand. The bed is quite high off the ground, but the thick mattress is comfortable. Even though you use a key card to turn on the lights, you have to manually switch off each individual lamp. The bathroom is large, with sufficient shampoo, shower gel, and lotion in pump bottles. The shower is still a combination shower-bathtub. Breakfast offers a good variety. Other meals are pricey but worth it for the quality and taste. The Bistro restaurant has beautiful decorations, but they can obstruct the view between some diners and the waitstaff. It's very convenient to the BTS (Skytrain). 🙏

Before coming, I was a bit worried about ghosts, but after staying for three nights, I slept really well. The service was good, the hotel was quite busy, and the breakfast was decent enough.

The worst experience in a hotel I've ever had. Sat on the toilet doing my business when the toilet decides to start bubbling and reject what's been deposited. Truly disgusting experience. I will say that when I reported it we where moved to a different room and given an upgrade but after that incident we looked for somewhere else to stay and checked out early

This hotel has a very vintage and stylish decor, though it clearly shows its age. That said, it doesn't really affect its functionality. The cleanliness was decent; no hidden corners were missed. The staff even folded three elephant towels for us, which was a lovely touch. The front desk staff spoke some Chinese, which was helpful. The biggest plus is its proximity to the ARL airport express line, just a few minutes' walk away – crucial for catching flights, especially with Bangkok's notorious traffic. On the downside, it's quite a distance from the main attractions, requiring taxis, which can be hard to find at night, just FYI. Overall, the value for money is just average.

The rooms are very quiet, though of course, that depends more on the guests than on the hotel. Everything is comfortable – nice bedding, spacious rooms, climate control, and plenty of dining options nearby. The pool and gym are decent, clean, and cozy!

1. **Excellent Location:** The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to reach major commercial areas, exhibition centers, and attractions by public transport. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so getting around and shopping is hassle-free. 2. **Rich Breakfast Selection:** The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of options, including Thai snacks, Western light meals, fresh fruits, and a hot congee and noodle station. Even if you stay for several days, you can enjoy different dishes daily. The flavors are very appealing to Chinese palates. 3. **Warm and Attentive Service:** All staff members are polite, courteous, and patiently meticulous throughout. A special shout-out must go to Meng, Punchy, and Manager Bad. We accidentally left our glasses at a hotel in Pattaya, and the staff here went above and beyond to help us contact them, tirelessly communicated back and forth, and expedited the delivery so they arrived before we left for the airport. Their sense of responsibility was truly touching. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with genuine and reliable service. It's my top choice for business trips or leisure travel to Bangkok, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The subway is just across the main road, making it convenient to get to other popular shopping stations. Also, if you don't have too much luggage, it's easy to walk to the airport express train and get to the airport quickly. There are also a few massage parlors near the hotel, which are easy to find if you search online.

The location was perfect for what I wanted to see and do. Tour buses still came to this location so I was happy! The aesthetic outside the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were comfy and clean, the deposit was reasonable, so overall Inwas satisfied with me stay!

We initially booked a room in the old building for over 600 a night. When I laid out my 28-inch and 20-inch suitcases, there was no room to walk, and it wasn't very soundproof. So, I paid an extra 100 per night to switch to a room in the new building, which was at least 10 square meters larger and very clean. If you're going to stay here, I'd recommend paying the extra 100 for a room in the new building. Also, there are no child safety fences, so if you're traveling with children, I suggest booking a king-sized bed. Another thing is that I don't think the location of this hotel is very good. We usually take taxis, not the subway, but getting anywhere by taxi is not very convenient. Downtown and other central areas are seven or eight kilometers away. I remember booking a hotel in the city center, so I'm not sure why this hotel was recommended to me. On a side note, the subway is also quite expensive. For two adults and a six-year-old child, an eight-stop ride cost 30-40 yuan, which is similar to a taxi. The breakfast was just okay!

Thanks to Jayda for a smooth check-in; her Mandarin was excellent. Our room requests were perfectly met. The hotel facilities are top-notch. Breakfast and the Siam Club tea room were also very good. I highly recommend staying here.

Service: Excellent. Someone came to help with our luggage even before we entered the lobby. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese and were very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff were also very kind. We arrived early, around 12:40 PM, and the front desk told us we could check in about an hour later, which was faster than I expected. Breakfast: The variety was quite good, covering Chinese, Thai, and Western options. There was mangosteen among the fruits (see pictures 4, 5, 6). Deposit: 1000 Thai Baht. I paid with cash, and it was refunded upon check-out. Facilities: As others have mentioned, the room's air conditioning was extremely cold, and even when adjusted to a higher temperature, it remained cold, so I turned it off. It was still a bit cool with the AC off, but bearable and I could sleep soundly. Our room didn't face the main road, so it was quiet. The room was very, very spacious (see picture 1, we booked a premier twin room). However, one power outlet in the room was broken (on the desk), but the others (by the bed and in the bathroom) worked fine. The bathroom setup wasn't ideal; there was only a bathtub. If you showered standing up and pulled the curtain, water would still spray outside the tub, making it very easy to slip when getting out. You need to be very careful, and it's best to wipe the bathroom floor dry with a towel yourself – this is a safety hazard. On our first night, only cold water came out of the showerhead, no matter how we adjusted the temperature; it was cold or slightly lukewarm. We were so cold after showering that we started sneezing. The next morning, we immediately reported it to the front desk staff, who said she would send someone to fix it right away. About an hour later, when we returned to the room, the water temperature was back to normal, and we had hot water. The repair response was very quick. Location: Excellent. It's near Phaya Thai station, which connects to both the metro and the Airport Rail Link (note that the entrances for the Airport Rail Link and metro are different). You just need to walk to the crossroads, cross one road, and then a few more steps to reach the metro station. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right next to the hotel. I recommend taking the metro from here to Sathorn Pier (it's the starting station, so fewer people; the next stop, Icon Siam, gets very crowded). From Sathorn Pier, you can take a blue flag boat to explore the Chao Phraya River (but be aware that the last boat is around 6:30 PM). I rode all the way to Wang Lang Market, which starts closing around 5 PM and is mostly frequented by locals. Food near the hotel: 1. Next to the 7-Eleven, there's an old-school boat noodle shop called Pae Tiang Fish Ball Noodle. It's good value for money, but they don't have air conditioning, so I didn't go in for lunch as it was too hot. 2. I went to a food court at a street corner. This food court doesn't show up on maps, but it's on the second floor of the office building where Normal Steak is located. You take the escalator up, and it closes at 2 PM. You need to exchange cash (Thai Baht) for food coupons at the ticket counter to buy food (e.g., 70 Baht for an equivalent amount of coupons). I had the thickened noodle soup from the leftmost stall (see pictures 2 and 3), which I found very delicious and good value. It's mostly Thai locals eating there. 3. There's also Coffee Factory next to the hotel, a very popular Instagrammable cafe that opens at 8 AM, but by 7:45 AM, there were already many Chinese people queuing. This shop does not accept WeChat Pay or Alipay; only cash or credit card. Taxi: It's very easy to get a ride-hailing service like Grab from outside the hotel. My Grab usually arrived within 3-5 minutes. However, traffic in downtown Bangkok can be quite congested.

I stayed for 7 nights in total, and the experience was excellent. The room was very quiet, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. There was a pleasant scent in the hallway, and the cleaning staff did a quick and thorough job every day. The location is superb, making it very convenient for both the Airport Rail Link and the subway. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok! ☺️

First impression is the friendliness of every single staff member who always maintained a genuine smile. The room was comfortable and big. Breakfast had a great spread and was delicious. The free snack bar at lvl 21 was very nice, we helped ourselves to the fresh whole fruits and coffee. The swimming pool was not too bad too. It is a short 5 min walk to phaya thai BTS and train station.

The hotel's decor is beautiful, blending a sense of story with cultural heritage. The driveway at the entrance is wide, and the architecture is grand and impressive. Even our Grab driver exclaimed, 'Wow, luxury…' when dropping us off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely fantastic. Just a short walk, about ten meters to the left downstairs, is a 7-Eleven. Across the street, you'll find both the Airport Rail Link and the BTS Skytrain. It's only two stops to Siam Paragon and 5-6 stops to the Asok area. This is incredibly important in a city like Bangkok, known for its traffic congestion. Venture down the alleys behind the hotel, and you'll discover charming local massage parlors and eateries, while the main street offers more upscale massage places and Champion Coffee. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
