horrible front staff ... promised to change my room on 2 separate days and always end up saying it's sold out ... the condition of the room is disgusting ... see photo

The hotel staff work very efficiently and everything is well organized. The service feels professional and smooth from check-in to check-out. There is also a convenience store available 24 hours a day, which makes it very easy to buy food, drinks, or anything you need at any time. It’s really convenient for guests who arrive late or get hungry at night. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This was a nightmare come true honestly the worst stay you could ever book. No amenities, staff is very rude and unhelpful, the entire building is hot, and the rooms are disgusting there were stains on my bedding and the entire toilet seat was stained and moldy 🤮

1. The room wasn't cleaned daily. 2. I was told I could extend my stay long-term, but then on the day, they said there weren't enough rooms and I'd either have to pay more or check out. (I wasn't just staying one night, this is a bit much!) Their attitude shocked me! I'm regretting choosing this hotel! I originally planned to stay until after the New Year, but now I'm really annoyed! When there are plenty of rooms, they're super nice, but as soon as demand goes up, they act like this! It's not my first time extending! Before, I was told I'd need to renew every five days, so is this my fault now?)

When I checked in and found out this is a flat building converted to hotel. The room I booked is stated 30 square metre but I don’t think this room area I stayed is not on that stated area, is much smaller.

The room was ok and room amenities were average

One of the worst experience ever staff so rude especially night duty staff. Water only 2 bottle per day room so dirty and bathroom lot of molds. Air condition nit so cold thats why we need to move another room but still same problem. Nearby to 7 eleven and lotus not far away to mall like platinum and siam mall. In the everynight there some people drinkin in the lobby and smoking in main entrance.Not recommended

Not lovely for kids uncomfortable restaurant staff… stingy and unethical chefs…

Lots of Chinese guests here. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street and it's about a five-minute walk to the main road, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The location is decent, but it's a bit far from the station, so taking a taxi is recommended.

the room is fine but we had a lot of cockroaches. a bit far from metro (about 15 min by walks) but bus station is near. it’ll be a very good choice for these money but cockroaches is the biggest disadvantage

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due yo cleanliness issues. The toilet bowl was stained , the AC was dusty and moldy and the shower covet was very dirty. Thanks the hotel staff did change the room but still not so cleaned. Overall need a significant improvement when it comes to cleanliness.

Oh my god, I've never seen such a terrifying hotel! The soundproofing is unbelievably bad; I could hear the people talking two rooms down. There were even ants on the table – I never in a million years expected to find ants in a hotel. Not just one, but a whole ant family crawling around! I knew this hotel might be bad, but I didn't expect it to be this awful. The bathroom vent connects directly to the outside, so the bathroom was incredibly hot.

Bada attention of attender in desk. Stay waiting many time in lobby. Not recommend.
