Most of the staff were great, big quiet room, big balcony (with a great view) — all and all pretty good. Reception gave me a wake up call at 6am one morning, which I never requested. That was kinda mean. Other than that — book it if you get a good deal on it. Full price is bit much.

Hotel was amazing rooms were spacious front desk was super friendly location is near to everything just walking distance definitely stay again in my next visit to Bangkok

Nice rooms with balcony.The only downside of it was the shower.Thexwater pressure varies constantly do,if you are having a shower you have a full blast of water , then it gets very weak,and back to full blast..It’s difficult to keep a comfortable temperature and to have a comfortable shower..

In a word it was goog property.

The hotel is clean and the location is great. It's a ten-minute walk from Nana BTS station and only five minutes to Nana Plaza. If you're going to Saphan Taksin by boat, it's just three stops and 13 baht.

Spacious room. Not a long walk from the alley, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street.

This is one of the worst properties ever I have seen in Thailand or rest of the world. Their service as well as management are not up to the mark. We suffered minimum 3/4 hours to get our room after the check in time. Next day we suffered more than 8 hours without Air conditioner throughout their drama to repair it. Finally I got the help from tourist police. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you!

This is very fantastic hotel. Environment was very nice, quiet, big size room & verandas I enjoyed.
