Mango Lagoon Place

The entry was a round handle door knob and key- one easily opened. As per usual in thailand, the electricity to the unit turned off once the fob was removed from the slot in the wall. This was my first thailand hotel, so I was confused and surprised. Also as such it took forever for the room to cool down, things to charge, and a drink to cool in the fridge. The shower has no curtain, and the whole bathroom floor was soaked within seconds- the floor sloped incorrectly, so I had to use all my towels to push it to the drain so I could use the toilet. I made the mistake of checking the mattress fkr bugs as I’m used to- I lifted the sheet and was horrified. The mattress looked like it had been soaked in dried blood. I didn’t touch the bed again and used the other, thankfully I was given a room with two. I chose my sanity and didn’t look at the one I slept in, and left quickly in the morning.

Great location. Chill and a great place to relax. Quiet and lots of nightlife nearby to walk to.

Reasonable but no frills hotel ..  Location great near plenty of bars & restaurants and pool lovely .. No kettle or safe in the room and carpets in the room shabby .. but otherwise  was fine .

Great location 👌 very close to every where and you can find anything you want. Placed in a beautiful lane full of shops, cafes and message areas . Short walk to the famous kossan road. The pool is a great add to the hotel. Highly recommend great deal for the price. Great street food .
