Overall this is a good hotel. It was renovated from the old chada hotel. The design is nice and trendy. I personally like the bathroom very much. Big bathtub separated with shower. They also provide all amenities including bathing salt. Did not like the smell but i love how they have everything prepared for you. One thing i wish they could improve is the cleanliness of the yellow pillow case and sofa. You can see some stains in my photos. Location was ok not too far from mrt and 7-11 Service was average Sound proof was bad. I can hear both traffic sounds and people outside the room until late night. So bring the earplugs if you are sensitive.

The hotel's location is convenient, the room was clean and bright, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the breakfast was delicious. The night view from the window was captivating, making for a great experience. (A photo of the night view is attached.)

Better than expected! The decor is really unique, and the lobby on the first floor is perfect for some Instagram-worthy photos. The room itself was quite spacious, though the bathroom details could use a little improvement. Breakfast exceeded my expectations; it was plentiful and had a great variety. There are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby, and it seems like the night market isn't far either. Transportation isn't super convenient, but getting a Grab is easy enough.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The online concierge team was fantastic and very responsive; they helped us book our itinerary and tickets at the lowest and best prices. The towels, however, were quite old; I'd suggest providing disposable ones.

It’s a nice place for a short stay. Hotel is located a bit far away from city center, but it’s easy to travel by subway (the station is around 5-7 minutes away). Hotel is nice and has everything needed. Stuff is very friendly and polite. Also room has a good ventilation system, so it’s not noisy at night. The room is nice and comfortable for 2 people. The only disadvantage is that in that hotel mostly come huge groups of tourists and they are pretty noisy. At our last night we had full floor booked by one travel group from Thailand and they were talking out loud and screaming until 12 am with open doors.

Located within 5 minutes walk from Huai Kwang MRT station but far from the main city centre like Siam area. The hotel is very nice deco and a beautiful Starbucks at the lobby. Nevertheless, sound proofing still need to be improved as we could hear kids noise at corridor. Water pressure at shower a bit low but acceptable.

The Graph Hotel is really comfortable and near the huai kwang night market, the room is comfortable and clean, it's a Starbucks Cafe at the lobby, for in-house guests can have a 10-20% discount. I'll recommend this hotel to my friend and family ☺️

This was a very frustrating stay. The walls are paper-thin, and the noise from the floor above was constant; regardless of the hour, the sound made it impossible to sleep. Combined with finding a small cockroach in the bathroom I cannot recommend this hotel. Serious improvements in pest control and soundproofing are needed

Had a wonderful stay here. Celebrating my birthday in bangkok. Kudos to hotel for being detailed and sweet for preparing this on my birthday. Had a wonderful surprise thank you Mrt is nearby but considerable distance away Travelled during april which was a crippling 37C then Walking to and fro daytime was painfully hot

We stayed at Graph Hotels for 10 days in late March — early April, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! What we really liked: 1. The room. Spacious and very comfortable for two. We had two large beds and a fantastic floor-to-ceiling window with a great view of the city. 2. Location and interior. The hotel has a very interesting and stylish design. The location is convenient, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. 3. The staff. The hotel team is very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. What we would like to see improved: 1. Storage space: There was clearly not enough space for clothes. There were only 4 hangers, and we really missed having shelves or extra drawers to unpack our things properly. 2. Cleanliness. The room cleaning was acceptable, but we would have liked it to be a bit more thorough. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with a great vibe.

Although the hotel had been recently renovated, I encountered two separate problems with my room. On the first night, I was disturbed by constant knocking noises — more than 20 times throughout the night — which severely disrupted my sleep. This was especially disappointing because I had specifically requested a quiet, non-corner room, yet I received the opposite. The following morning around 6:15 a.m., I discovered that my room had flooded. The air conditioning unit was leaking water. I immediately contacted the front desk, and the manager promptly arranged for staff to repair the leak and clean up the mess. I truly appreciated their quick response to this issue. Because of the noisy first night, I requested a room change. The staff initially told me the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate my request. However, when I checked online, rooms were still available that day, which I found quite disappointing. With assistance from Trip.com, I was eventually moved to a larger room. The second night in the new room was comfortable and quiet. I was also offered one complimentary breakfast, for which I am grateful. That said, I hope the hotel will handle special guest requests more professionally in the future — particularly by honoring quiet room preferences and being transparent about availability — rather than rejecting them outright. Improved maintenance of both the room’s noise levels and the air conditioning units would help prevent similar experiences for other guests.

A very fantastic stay in Bangkok! The staff is very nice and the view is quite nice and lovely.

This hotel is generally quite good. It's clean and tidy, with both the rooms and common areas well-maintained. The service is friendly, check-in and check-out are efficient, and any requests are promptly addressed. There's also a Starbucks right downstairs. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of amenities nearby. Overall, it offers decent value for money and a comfortable stay, making it a good choice. However, it's a shame there's no gym or swimming pool.

good location with 7-11 and mrt nearby. Beside it’s really close to Huai Khwang night market . Newly renovated hotel with elegant ambiance at the lobby area. Room is big enough for a solo traveler. Only downside is the water pressure too low and a sound insulation is not so good. Quick check in and check out.
