Stayed at AETAS Lumpini during my recent trip to Bangkok and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s biggest strength is its location. Situated near MRT Lumpini and directly opposite One Bangkok, getting around the city is extremely convenient. Whether you’re heading to Sukhumvit, Silom, or Chinatown, public transport is easily accessible. The front desk staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge team was always helpful whenever I needed assistance or directions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the generous room size, which felt larger than many hotels in a similar price range. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was efficient, and everything was well maintained. What impressed me most was the value for money. Considering the location, room size, and level of service provided, I felt I received excellent value for what I paid. Overall, AETAS Lumpini is a solid choice for both business and leisure travellers looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient part of Bangkok.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, and a really good, tasty breakfast. The room had everything I needed, and the mattress was comfortable! Beautiful flowers everywhere.

The hotel is perfectly located, right next to Lumpini Park. Shopping malls are within walking distance, and it's close to the subway. Exit the subway on the opposite side of the park, on the same side to the right.

The bed in the room this time was unbelievably comfortable – I slept so well! Plus, the location is fantastic, right opposite One Bangkok. There's an MRT station just a 1-2 minute walk away. I'm not sure if it was because we were on a high floor or if the soundproofing is just excellent, but it was incredibly quiet while we slept. Breakfast was quite rich and decent. And the most important thing is, the urban legend is true!

The room was incredibly clean and spacious! The pillows were soft, and the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The service was excellent too. It's super convenient to get around, just a chill 200-meter walk from Lumphini MRT station. Highly recommend!

I arrived at the hotel alone late at night. It was easy to find and the lobby was brightly lit! The room was a good size, and the door offered decent soundproofing – I barely heard anything from outside. However, even with the window closed, I could still hear heavy motorcycles or emergency vehicles passing by. It's very close to 7-Eleven and the subway station, which is super convenient if you're heading to ONE BANGKOK as you can go directly from the subway exit. There are also a few massage shops nearby that are open until midnight. I especially recommend this hotel for anyone going to ONE BANGKOK.

I was in town for a conference at OBK, and Aetas was pretty much the only convenient and reasonably priced option. It's right across from OBK, and just a short walk left out of the hotel will take you to Lumpini MRT station. The furniture looks a bit dated, but the room was kept very clean. All the toiletries are coconut-scented, which was lovely and refreshing to use. I noticed some children's play facilities when taking the elevator; I didn't get to check them out since I was on a business trip, but it seems like a great spot for families. The breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing really stood out to me.

The location is super convenient, with One Bangkok right across the street for shopping. Lumpini Park, just diagonally opposite, is also a lot of fun. Bangkok is truly a relaxed and enjoyable city. The service was also very nice, and the breakfast was quite substantial. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old. The faucet handles felt like they were about to come off at any moment. I'd suggest more frequent checks and maintenance.

The room is rather new and spacious. It has everything in it. The bed is large and comfy,and of course very clean. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Smooth check-in Location wise is very strategic, a minute walk from MRT (Blue Line) exit which also connecting to One Bangkok Mall which is also another new shopping Mall, less crowded in a good way, food court as well as Big C supermarket are there a walking distance to Lumpini Park for evening stroll if you are arriving from DMK just hop on airport bus A3 and alight at Lumpini park /One Bangkok, the bus conductor will very much happy to assist you. Or arriving and departing via BKK suvarnabhumi very much straightforward by using Airport Link train

Nice hotel with very good transport links. They also have a gym and sauna which were well maintained. The view from the room was great.

This place is alright, good location right by the subway and close to a park. There's also a large mall across the street.

Decent hotel, generally fine. English speaking concierge. Feels a little dated but clean. Just a short walk to One Bangkok mall via the MRT underpass. Free tea and ice water at the lobby was a nice touch. Heated pool at lv 9 of hotel.

Everyone should try to stay at the premier suite at least one night, there’s early express check in at 10am with all day free soft drinks, complimentary high tea set from 2pm. They even provide the bobble bath bomb so no need to call room service. But it took longer than 1 hour to fill up the whole bathtub. Best if plan to stay in room for the whole day to experience the suite life. Ps. MRT station is located right beside the hotel and can access to one Bangkok easily.

Overall this hotel is good and the location to MRT station around 100mtr away.
