For the price point of about SGD 30-40 per night, this hotel is considered value for money and it’s great that it’s just 5 min walk to the nearest Macdonald’s

On arrival I had no hot water, kettle or bedside lamp. Reception told me I could move rooms the following day.
The following Day I moved rooms and everything was in order.
Pros
The bed was really comfortable. The cleaning girls were excellent. The Receptionist did everything he said he would.
Good location, close to Klong Toei Fresh Market, Emsphere & a short ride to The One Bangkok
Staff were friendly & helpful
Cons:
The hotel is quite noisy
The shower kept going from hot to cold.

The hotel is clean and the food was great but the service is not that good. Since day 1, I was asking to fix the telephone in my room because it’s not working they they just keep on promising until I checked out, they haven’t even made an attempt or move to fix it.
