Canalis Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel - BKK Airport Free Shuttle Reviews

A nice hotel for those who travel from or to the airport. It takes about 20-25 minutes drive. The distance is acceptable but still a little bit far. It has a lot of small food stands and 7-11 stores near the hotel. Room is ok. It is clean and has everything you may need but nothing too special. It has a small Starbucks in the lounge. The onsite restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price is acceptable. Overall, it is a nice airport hotel with great value.

The hotel is clean and spacious. Located just 15mins from BKK airport. There are food stalls, Thai grill pork shop and a 7-eleven shop just opposite of the hotel. The breakfast buffet cost 350THB and food is nice. Overall it's a recommended hotel for a stay nearby airport.

The hotel is located near BKK Suvarnabhumi airport and good for transit morning flight , I realised that the hotel swimming pool is quite nice and remain open till 2200 I was late check in at 2000L but the food and hwaker center nearby is still available The only things is the road outside hotel is under maintenance and a bit traffic jam Overall rating 7

5-10 min from Bangkok airport. I took airport taxi at 1:30 AM and it’s fast to arrive. There’re 24 hr. reception welcome upon check-in. The staff are nice, the place is new and comfortable. I like how they added a Pandan scent smell like for new towel that was unique. Also there’re Mini Starbucks at building A near lobby that super convenient. It was a nice stay, definitely will be back if I have night flight again.

We stayed at the hotel as our flight arrived later into BKK and we needed a place to stay before meeting up with our friends the next day. For what is an ‘airport hotel’ it was quite far from BKK, luckily there is a free shuttle service the hotel provides to and from the airport. The staff were personable and professional. Check-in was very quick. The room was clean and the facilities were good. I didn’t get to try the breakfast but saw there were plenty of options. There are some supermarkets nearby and a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel which was great for a getting a coffee first thing in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for a stop-over.

I have belongings left in Hotel. Try to calling but nobody answer, sending email but no feedback. Try to contact Trip.com, always auto-system reply. Bad experience

Really convenient if you are arriving late in Bangkok and do not wish to drive out of town straight away. Rooms are nice and hotel have all the facilities you may want included a nice Starbucks in the lobby

the free shuttle was not arranged with arrival after midnight primarily as they did not reply to emails and several phone messages. this was mostly due to trip.com being an intermediary and the email never transmitted to hotel. phone calls went to recording with no option to connect to shuttle. a small amount of communication would have solved the problem but i ended up taking Grab car at 2am due to poor communication. hotel was clean but small - okay for airport access..

Firstly, the location was perfect! Many 7-11s stores and a Lotus Super Mart around the hotel vicinity. Few night markets spots to walk around in the evening. Hotel was pretty new and many facilities and ample parking space. Complimentary shuttle to airport hourly was awesome too! Room was clean and staffs were friendly. They even get your requests done at 3am!

Staff are welcoming and responsive. Hotel sink was blocked and ee had to call them for assistance. Location is bear by the airport and breakfast is good.

Great modern hotel with clean facilities. Had everything we needed and only 10 minutes to the airport. We will be back again😊
