Extremely satisfied with my stay. The check-in counter is on the 8th floor, but there are porters in the lobby to help with luggage. The hotel offers parking, which is great for those driving. The staff are friendly and kind, the rooms are very spacious, and there's even a washing machine. The breakfast selection was a bit limited and quite ordinary.

I had a very comfortable stay during my 3-night visit. I made a few requests, and most were handled promptly and efficiently within 5-10 minutes. I prefer residences, and I was very pleased with the comfort and layout, which met my expectations for a serviced apartment. The condition of everything – the bed, bathroom, living room, and sofa – was above average. The Samsung washing machine also came in handy, though you have to wash and dry separately. (This isn't about the hotel, but Thai laundry detergent has a strong, yet appealing scent that's different from Korean detergents.)
As a smoker, my only minor complaint was that the smoking area on the ground floor is right next to the air conditioner's outdoor unit, so it was so hot that I ended up smoking less. lol. I doubt there are other options around the hotel, so it might be hard to change, but it would be nice if it wasn't next to the outdoor unit and had some seating.
Nevertheless, thanks to the great facilities and friendly staff, I had a wonderful time during my stay.

The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a microwave and cutlery in the kitchen, and a large fridge that can store a lot of food. The reception staff are very friendly, and the location is excellent. I would visit again.

The room is very good, well maintained, clean, spacious, and even larger than it appears in the hotel’s photos. We stayed in a Junior Room, and it was truly comfortable. There was no bad smell from the sewage at all.
The room includes a fully furnished living area, an equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher), a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules provided daily, and even a washing machine. Overall, I would rate the room 10/10.
Both the room and the common areas are clean. Housekeeping does a good job, and the porters are helpful. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth.
However, the breakfast is quite poor, especially for Western or Mediterranean guests. There are more options in the Asian section, and you can enjoy freshly prepared eggs, which is positive. But there is no proper bread, the croissants were the worst I have ever had, yogurt is only flavored (no plain option), and the fruits were not ripe.
And the coffee — simply the worst we had in Thailand.
They really should improve the breakfast buffet in terms of quality. I would rate the breakfast 4/10.
We did not use it, but the metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, and there is a 7/11 just 2 minutes from the hotel, which is very convenient.
The hotel is about 10 minutes to the metro station, or you can hail a drive. The approximate waiting time is 10 minutes and average travel time to centre is 30 minutes.
They also have a pool and a fitness center, we did not use them.

Fantastic hotel! The front desk staff were very attentive and the cleaning was meticulous. The only drawback is that rooms facing the street can be very noisy, so it's best to avoid booking those if possible. There's a lot of motorcycle noise from downstairs. This is something to consider for guests who are light sleepers.

Big and clean rooms.
Nice pool. For some hotels in Bangkok, the surrounding buildings create shadow at the pool - here you can enjoy the sun from the morning until 3-4 PM.
