It's on the other side of the main street, mrt, and Avani hotel. For ease of transport it's unbeatable. However, a slight warning to all female solo travelers, it is down a dark and sketchy alley. I arrived near midnight from the airport from the airport link on foot so I was very scared and was quite near making a run for it. It's a bit rundown all around the hotel but the hotel itself is perfectly fine. Despite the close proximity I would not advise ladies to arrive too late or go out again. It's much more harmless looking during the day but the pavement is not smooth and rolling a big luggage at night with dim lighting in a dark alleyway is not the best idea. That said, I would stay again if I arrived late in a taxi and it dropped me off right at the door. The staff was great and helped with the bags since they had no elevator. The room was comfortable and well lit. The standard room is big enough for two if you don't have too many bags. The kitchen area is homey and bright

Very cozy, excellently clean and purist hostel. The night was very relaxing and calm in a cozy dorm bed.

The location was perfect. Shopping mall 5 min away, direct station to airport is 15 min away, night walking street is 35 min by foot. Blue metro line wich is 5 min away is very convenient to direct travel to the centre of the city and the bus terminal. The minuses are: no lift to the fifth floor, common area is closed at 24 and there is no access to cold/hot drinking water and fridge. Clean room.

Location is good, a few min walk away from Central Rama 9 and Jodd’s fair There are no lifts, although the staff offered to help me with my luggage up the stairs to the third floor WiFi on my phone kept logging off, which was annoying, but seems to work fine if I use laptop They have an area where people can work with power plugs, which is great :)

Good hotel. Very clean. Bed is very comfy and room is quite private, shower is superb. Totally recommend

More like a guest house but the cleaniness is at the tip top. Lovely place and maybe 20 min walk from Rama 9 MRT station. for those with walk issue might wanna give a skip cos rooms from 2nd to 5th floor and no lift. Nice place to relax and stay.

I arrived Bangkok at Suvarnabhumi Airport and booked this hotel to stay overnight and move by MRT the next morning to Dom Mueang Airport. My plane was delayed and many people were queueing at immigration upon arrival. I was unable to reach the place before midnight. I called by phone at the number provided but nobody answered. I took a taxi to the location only to discover that there was nobody to open the door and nobody answered the phone. It seemed to me that access to the place was by electronic card (same as Hotel doors) or password. I was stranded in the middle of the lane at around 3 a.m. with nowhere to go. LESSON LEARNED: do NOT book this place if you are not 100% sure to reach it before they close as there is no way you can access the room. Emergencies are not contemplated and the owner does not concede anything. I explained my case and asked, not for a refund, but for a re-schedule as I was coming back to BKK in a couple of weeks. TRIP.COM said they helped me to negotiate with the owner but he refused to accept to re-book the room at a later date. I lost my money and had a terrible experience. Another lesson learned is to read carefully the fine print (the description on TRIP.COM does specify that check-in time is up to 00:00 but it doesn't say clearly that if you miss this time frame you will be COMPLETELY SCREWED and there is no way to get your room) I suggested TRIP.COM to make it more clear to prevent such an unpleasant experience to other potential customers.

In February 2024, I had the opportunity to stay at a hotel conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk from a subway station and about 15 minutes on foot from the MAKKASAN Airport Rail Link station. The check-in and check-out processes were notably smooth, with no issues encountered. The room I stayed in was a single type, which was exceptionally clean. The bed was elevated and required climbing up stairs, which felt precarious when returning in a tipsy state. The air conditioning was comfortable, although the absence of a refrigerator was notable. Additionally, the stairs leading to the room were quite steep and challenging. Amenities and services included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but no toothbrush was provided. A hairdryer was readily available in the room. The staff, particularly the female staff members, were exceptionally friendly and quick-witted, efficiently understanding my needs despite my limited proficiency in English and Thai. The hotel offered beer for sale, which was convenient as it eliminated the need to visit a convenience store. Considering the pricing, I found the hotel to offer significant value for the cost. Overall, my stay was memorable, especially due to the always smiling and welcoming female receptionist. This hotel is highly recommended for its exceptional staff, convenience, and value for money, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.
