Very small room on the 4th Floor, for the price we paid also what we could expect. Breakfast was only a bowl if Rice Soho, no coffee included. Luckely there is a coffee café downstairs. We had te leave at 6.30 and had no idea where to leave the key. Communication could be better.

It is hard to get your room serviced to take out trash, refill water bottles, and replenish toilet paper unless you ask the staff in the coffee shop. Otherwise your room will not be serviced and you will need to take out your own trash.

The hotel located near hospital is good.

No proactive cleaning of the room. The room is very small. There is no elevator. The garbage was left at the door for a day and it stank.

It was noisy, there was construction going on behind the hotel, I couldn't sleep all night, but the staff were nice and the breakfast was delicious.

I didn't check in smoothly, so I don't know anything, but I was really angry. I told the front desk that I would be late before checking in, and also discussed the self-service check-in process. They said the key was in the room, so I opened the room directly because it was not locked. But the room was locked. It was raining at 3 o'clock in the morning in Lingcheng and I couldn't check in. I took taxis everywhere to find a hotel, but it was also some Buddhist festival in Bangkok and all the rooms were fully booked.
