I booked this hotel after staying there a few years ago and enjoying the vibe, however;
I booked again last week and accidentally booked the wrong date. I immediately contacted Trip.com to assist.
The hotel refused to change my dates or cancel n my booking. I didn’t stay and they simply toon my money. No flexibility. Very unreasonable. Not recommended.

Excellent pleasant hotel. It should be noted that it is not small. There is a shared refrigerator on the floor.
At the address, the taxi driver drove past along the embankment - follow it yourself on Google Maps.

Fantastic stay, a real gem in the busy hustle and bustle, lovely clean and spacious rooms and all have a personal touch. The whole hotel is a piece of art,, the painted walls were amazing. Breakfast was great lots of choice and a relaxing day bed area to relax in. This place certainly slows you down and let’s you relax after a busy day sightseeing. Close to sights and easy to get around.

Very nice hotel, good location, friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, each with individual wall painting. Very clean, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the first floor there is a large refrigerator and a drinking water dispenser. You can have breakfast (homemade croissants) and lunch at the hotel. The smoothies are unbeatably good!

The room is lovely, comfortable and clean enough. It has a good sized sleeping area with double bed and a wet room. The sink didn't drain properly though. There's hot water, pressure in the shower was OK. There could have been a side table and lamp as each time I had to have the main light switch on. There's a balcony. Wifi in the room was good. The location is quiet. There's a lovely garden area, you can hear the bird song. There's a restaurant on site and the prices are good and so is the food. They serve breakfast and lunch. There's a 7 Eleven, on the same road. The staff speak English and are polite. It's about a 25min walk to Khao San Road. I was able to check-in early as my room was ready which was good.
