Love a small garden in front of hotel. Room is acceptable but staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Great Stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

tldr; 👎 cleanliness falls short, horrible room lighting 👍 location, service twin room looks literally like in picture. my friend’s blanket had a huge hole 😅 location 💯. it’s a 5mins bike ride to union mall. i had to attend an event there so it’s close proximity is definitely a + point. receptionists were polite. the guy on duty at night on 3Aug 12am was asleep when we went down to collect our grab food tho.. ‼️🚨 STAY AWAY FROM THE CAT. my friend saw a cat roaming around the hotel lobby and went to play with it. she ended getting seriously scratched and bitten for which we had to go hospital to get vaccines. 💸 there’s a board at the counter informing that it’s not a hotel guest but we overlooked it).

The hotel is in a good location to go to a nearby shopping center, the weekend market and some parks. The rooms are decent for the price. However, they are relatively noisy as they are close to a busy road (at least my room was - probably there should also be quieter ones facing the other direction). And the hotel has a cat as well as several cats outside of the hotel (maybe not belonging to the hotel). A good place if you just need a place to stay in Bangkok in a good location but to not plan to spend too much time in the hotel yourself.

It is a very good place to stay, close to tourist attractions and the BTS, you can walk quite conveniently. But if coming from the airport, you have to get off at Central Ladprao and walk a bit, which is quite far. But it is another very good choice.

Cleanliness: 4/5. The room was very clean and cannot be faulted for basic cleanliness. However there was some visible mold on the grouting in the shower, which I understand is common but stops the room from obtaining a full score. Location: 5/5. The location is perfect if you have a good sense of direction. Rounding the corner from Pathon Yothin station and walking about 100m you will find a footbridge that will take you across the road to the hotel. Google maps doesn't recognise this so will direct you much further down the road. Service: 5/5. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an automatic check in machine but the member of staff did it all on my behalf. Amenities: 4/5. Basic amenities like towels, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap soap are provided and we're a good quality. For a 5 I would award this to places with additional amenities such as toothbrushes etc.

The staff in the breakfast room shouted while speaking to customers. Breakfast officially starts at 7:00 AM, but when I arrived at 6:50 AM, everything was already set up and ready. However, the staff did not allow me to eat. I only asked for a cup of coffee, but they refused. There was no service mind at all.
