PROS: Nice modern interiors & cozy large bed in the room. Quiet place to rest and relax. Decent window views. Almost complete and decent facilities such as swimming pool, sauna, steam room & gym.
CONS: Far from town & MRT; need taxi to reach. Not by walking. Far to get cheap & clean good food nearby, especially during Songkran. Only place is 7-Eleven outside the hotel. No air-con at room corridors.

A One Hotel’s location proved to be advantageous, providing easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff’s attentiveness and friendliness added a special touch, making me feel genuinely welcome.

If you wish to visit Bangkok Hospital, A one hotel is seriously NOT recommended. They don’t have transportation to the hospital every time you need ( you have to wait every 1 hour ).
Plus, front desk people help you nothing. ( when I ask about the taxi or car to hospital, they know nothing and send you to ask security at the front door) 😂
I would suggest other hotels nearby Bangkok Hospital which is 200km-400km and they will take care you well.
Anyway, the room is quite old and it’s not clean as well. 2/10.

While checking out, they were suddenly claiming something like no smoking sign plaque was missing and they wouldn’t return my deposit amount. My Taxi was waiting and it was embarrassing. We didn’t take anything, asked them to check all our bags, then they gave up. Room cleaning service was not also satisfactory.
